Pizza Mercato

We order from Pizza Mercato almost once a week. The portions are large (good for lunch the next day). Also, the restaurant will give bread, sometimes garlic knots with the platters, we usually get the meatball and chicken parmesan platters, which are nice and cheesy. It's basic Italian comfort food.

Pizza was mediocre at best. Flavors were bland, crust was non-descript. Overall feeling: meh. If you're hankering for pizza, there are plenty of other restaurants in the area that have much better tasting pies. So you spend a few dollars more, it'll be worth it. I would not recommend ordering from here.

Pizza took over an hour to get to my apartment. There were no napkins and delivery person was rude. Pizza was average- definitely not NY's best...

I really like their garlic knots with cheese. Their pizza is dependable and predictable and their prices are reasonable. Good choice for a simple pizza delivery.

The seafood pasta was thick and pasty (and somewhat flavorless) and the pizza was standard. They took forever too.

I once thought this spot was good enough, mostly because of the cheap prices. But truly, the food is awful. Rubbery greasy cheese drenching every dish, and cardboard pizza. Worse, the menu on here is apparently wrong and when I pointed it out to them, they refused to send what I wanted (what is on the menu). I had to cancel through seamlessweb--whose customer service is spectacular--because Mercato wouldn't fix their mistake.

would have given zero stars but the delivery was fast. i ordered the Prosciutto Di Parma Sandwich, the meat was cut way to thick, it was disgusting. never ordering from here again

DELICIOUS vegetable lasagna! I have ordered a couple times, and the vegetables seemed to vary, but were tasty both times. Cheese covered garlic knots are VERY cheese covered, but if you love cheese like I do , you'll love the excess cheese. Both times it has been two meals.

Decent food, delivery was quite quick. I ordered baked ziti and received something that was neither baked nor ziti, but I called and they delivered my *actual* order within 15 minutes. And hey, two meals for the price of one!
