Pizzelle Di North Beach

Horrible service. Ordered food and they only brought half an order. After calling back they said they'd bring the rest and then half an hour later called back and said they were all out of what I had ordered. The food they did bring was over cooked and greasy and in the end we had to order more food from elsewhere. To add insult to injury they wanted to give store credit for the food they didn't bring rather than just refunding it. In the end it was over 2 hours and 4 phone calls to not get what I'd ordered.

120 minute delivery time with no call or notice about the delay. If you order a San Francisco pizza expect several large clam shell chunks in your pizza along with the clams.

Ordered pizza and pasta for a late night at the office. Delivery was on time, but the food was incredibly bland and mediocre. To quote one of my co-workers: "it's not bad, it's just not very good"

The pizza was mediocre at best, and the delivery time through Seamless.com was absolutely ridiculous. I received a confirmation email immediately after ordering, stating that my pizza would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. After two phone calls to the pizzeria and an hour and a half later, my pizza was FINALLY delivered...at least the pizza was warm. I called the manager (Alex) after receiving the delivery and basically got a bunch of bull. He said that the delivery time on their menu states delivery will be 45-50 minutes after the order is placed and that if I read the menu, I would see this. I told him that I ordered through Seamless.com and my confirmation email said 30-45 minutes, and that I couldn't see the physical menu because I ordered through the website. He told me that it was my mistake and that if that's what the email said then it was a mistake on the part of Seamless.com, as well. Regardless, 90 minutes is double their stated delivery time. I'm not sure if this kind of thing happens often, seeing as the establishment ranks with four stars, but I will definitely not be eating or ordering from here again.

Came within 30 minutes of my order, which is great! The bruscheta is terrific; just beware that it has black olives and doesn't say so on the menu. I ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo, which is difficult to mess up. It was quite good and included some chopped fresh parsley that gave it a little something special. The salad was par or slightly better, nice big tomatoes and cucumbers and fresh and crispy lettuce. Overall I enjoyed the meal and it was timely, not much more I could ask for.

It took over an hour and fifty minutes for my food to arrive. I don't really mind waiting as long as i get a quality product. NO. The calamari was cold and so hard, I dont think a dog could have chewed though it. The pasta Bolognese, was all noodles, no flavor, no meat, and I needed my glasses to see if there was any actual sauce!

Always good. Its close which makes them super speedy. The portions are huge and they have interesting combos. Its never too expensive either.

Don't let the location fool you (next to a strip club - which I guess can be good or bad depending on the situation!). Anyway, the food is excellent and fairly priced. I eat here probably twice a week. I recommend the Chicken Parm dinner and/or the Italian Sausage sandwich. Steamed vegetables are always fresh which is a plus. Furthermore, service is speedy if you are having food delivered.
