I just tried to order, and I got a call from PJ's saying they didn't have the dessert I ordered. I asked for the charge to be removed from my order, and "Diego" said he wouldn't do it, that if I wanted my money back I'd have to try to get it from Seamless myself. We debated that, and finally I asked him to cancel my order. He said the same thing, he wouldn't do it. I asked for a manager, he put me on hold. He got back on the phone eventually and kept arguing with me. He said he wouldn't let me talk to anyone else, and he was really nasty. Finally, I did end up calling seamless myself. They apologized and took care of the cancellation...

I ordered the rib special, which came with mac & cheese. It cost nearly $30 (after tax and tip) and was the tiniest meal ever! The mac & cheese piece was about 1 inch square. Half of the container was filled with a spinach mixture of some sort. Don't order it - it's a total waste of money!

We ordered two burgers for almost $10 each that didn't come with fries. The food arrived quickly, but was still cold and soggy. The nondescript buns were soggy. They burgers arrived with 12 raw onion rings and no lettuce or tomato. I ordered medium-well and it was dry, over cooked and worse than any burger I've had--even at McDonalds. My husband's burger was ordered medium-rare and his was okay. The sweet potato fries were soggy too. The parmesan tater tots were disappointing and the dipping sauce was disgusting. Overall I was very disappointed. I thought PJ Clarkes was known for their steak and burgers. Luckys or Goodburger for the fraction of the price are much better options.

The food was fine. The delivery was very fast. The order was a little wrong but the manager was quick to make it right. I have a couple of tips for you. 1) The iceberg wedge salad doesn't actually come with bleu cheese even though the menu's description makes it seem as if it comes with bleu cheese - you must select bleu cheese dressing if you want to see any cheese on that lettuce. 2) If your order contains something specific that's important to you (such as sourdough vs. rye bread with your crabcake sandwich), call the restaurant to follow up after placing your order. The food was decent enough (apart from the rye bread) and delivery was very fast. I'd order from PJ Clarkes again while remembering my lessons learned.

I have ordered several times, it takes a long time for delivery and food comes cold. Last time i ordered I called after a hour of waiting. They said oops! they forgot to make my food. It took a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes to get fish and chips. No discount, barely an apology. I am done with pj clarke's.

Placed an advance order to arrive at 8:30pm that was 45 minutes late. 75% of the food was lukewarm at best, the remaining 25% was cold. When I called the restaurant they apologized for the food being late but nothing was really done to try to amend the situation. I would not recommend ordering delivery from these guys.

Today - horrors - they were out of two foods we ordered. They called three times (out with the dog) to see what we wanted instead. For our replaced item, they gave us an extra portion on the house. Thanks! The food is consistently good, but a bit pricey, though the portions are generous. Overall we order from them quite often when in town since there's no surprises.

We ordered the cadillac burger with tater tots and plain burger with shoestring fries. The food took 90 minutes to arrive and was cold and soggy. This was extremely disappointing, especially for the price. Don't think we'll be ordering from here again.

The people who wrote negative reviews are nuts. I literally order in from here every day or night and the food is always consistently excellent and the delivery fast. I live about 3 miles from them and am always surprised they deliver the food so fast, even during fairly major storms. I am writing this review on 1-13-13 so, unless a review is five stars regarding this restaurant I wouldn't pay attention to it because obviously the reviewer has an axe to ground or has no appreciation of a good thing!

Worst delivery ever! After waiting an hr, my burger arrived on a soggy bun and the pumpkin pie I ordered was instead a slice of key lime pie. When I called they explained that the pumpkin was out of season so they replaced with key lime (instead of calling to ask what I'd like instead)....I hate key lime pie. They offered to send me something else, which I accepted, but the delivery guy asked to take the key lime pie back!! I gave it to him - but what is he going to do with it??? I hate when restaurants do that - are you re-using the food (disgusting) or is it that you just don't trust that the customer actually didn't like/eat the random food YOU mistakenly sent. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

I've ordered delivery from this restaurant (about once a week) for the last year and a half and the food is consistently good to excellent. I've rarely been disappointed. It's a bit pricey but the quality is excellent. I get the same delivery guy every time and he always has a big smile on his face.

Seamless customers will be delighted to find out upon delivery that a massive "service charge" s "now added to all deliveries". I think it could have been communicated better upon ordering. They may wish to fix it asap as it seems to be against the spirit of online ordering...

The Cobb Salad came in a container the size of a paperback book. $20 salad??? I called and the manager said that they must have made a mistake and that another one would be on the way shortly. I eventually got another paperback salad and a scolding by the delivery man because... "That's the way it comes!!"
