Ordered the "chopped" steak and mushrooms which turned out to be a tasteless burger with no bun! Asked for mashed potatoes to be substituted for fries and still got fries (which were pretty limp). Only thing that redeemed this order was my dessert (bread pudding), which was still just OK. Very disappointed.

Love the Sunday night Lasagne. One our favorite meals in Mid-town. A bit expensive, like most mid-town restaurants.

The entree salad portion was smaller than it is n the restaurant. The shrimp smelled fishy and was clearly not fresh

ordered an entree with a salad, including specifying dressing, salad arrived dry. i called next day and a manager said i should have called, etc., as if i'd be waiting to eat because someone was on the way to bring me dressing for the salad? i'm a repeat customer and had asked for them to comp the $8 salad, but was told by a really rude manager that i shouldn't have waited, etc. - really nasty.

After ordering dinner for the office, got a call from the restaurant claiming that the menu on seamless was outdated and a few items we delivered were no longer available. After selecting alternative dishes, the restaurant called back a second time to inform us that additional items we initially ordered were also not available. When our food arrived, we were short an entree so we called the restaurant to inform them that we needed a replacement. The woman on the phone, in addition to her manager, told us that there was no explanation for why the restaurant would have forgotten an entree and I must be mistaken. After a 5 minute argument where both were rude and defiant, they finally agreed to bring us the entree. Miserable experience, nonexistent customer relations and worst steak tartare. Its basically a pureed hamburger smothered in mustard. If anyone at this office orders from PJ Clarkes ever again, I'm going to stomp on their food.

Overrated and overpriced. Chicken sandwich is a let down. Last time I got it, it did not come with lettuce and tomato. Not a healthy choice at all.

Worst meal I ever had at a incredibly high price. Meat was overcooked, salty and of poor quality. The frites were shoestring potatoes out of a can. Horrible.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD ... Would have loved bigger portions as it was so good!!! If you love Crab Cakes the Crab Cake Sandwich was INCREDIBLE. You can't go wrong!

Took ages to get here. About an hour and a half. The French onion soup was cold with a very strong taste. Don't recommend it at all. Mashed potatoes were good. Chicken sandwich and tomato salad were just OK. If you are really hungry, go somewhere else!

My food from PJ Clarke's arrived late and was cold! I ordered the mini cheeseburgers; the buns were soggy but the beef itself was ok. I also ordered the apple cobbler a la mode. It tasted ok but it came with a very, very small scoop of ice cream. One colleague said the scoop of ice cream was "microscopic." (Sidenote: Colleagues have told me that their steaks are ok and that they re-heat decently.)
