This was just not good food, from the mashed potatoes, to the spinach to the salads...wow not good.

Maybe this is not the best type of food to order for delivery. Ordered the turkey burger, sweet potato fries, home fries. Everything was very soggy. The sweet potato fries were tasty, but soggy. Burger had decent flavor. Not close to enough condiments provided.

Feel like they slack on their pickup sometimes. Ordered the dry aged skirt steak w/ mashed potatoes. Steak lacked flavor. Mashed potatoes were too watery. Better place to just grab a beer after work.

2.5 hours and 2 phone calls later, I never received my food after being promised it would be "fixed". The restaurant is normally good, however their delivery is horrific.

I rate this a negative star as the delivery guy (kid) took over an hour and I am about 3 blocks away. I ordered the 3 mini burgers with french fries. The food was cold and the mini burgers were 3 patties with cheese and bread. Nothing else. I would have done better had I gone to McDonald's. Will not order from them ever again.

They regularly fail to include certain parts of an order, e.g., onion on a burger (at added cost). The menu on Seamless is sometime inaccurate (the special is often unavailable). When this happens, a slow, rude guy from the restaurant calls, offering no apology, doesn't not know the menu well enough to offer substitutes, asks me to call Seamless to cancel the order.
