Plan B

I ordered a Plan B burger Well Done. Half way through the burger, i bite into a stone cold, deep red raw middle. Super disgusting. Not only that, dangerous! I called and was informed that the kitchen would be "informed" about it. What does this mean, exactly? That the people in the kitchen don't have a meat thermometer? I was offered a re-do, but I've lost my appetite. I was offered a free next order. I don't think there will be a next time. Why on earth, with all the food options around, would I order from a place that can't distinguish between rare and Well Done? I also had garlic fries on the side, which were clearly done from frozen. How could I tell? The middles were cold. All thumbs down. A zero star. Take your money - and risk your life - elsewhere.

Great sandwiches and the wings are great! I had the french dip and it was really juicy even before I dipped it. My friend got the plan b burger which is stuffed with cheese, I think she got the blue cheese stuffed burger with garlic fries, she was raving about it!

The delivery people at Plan B are all kinds of awesome. So, a short story. I live and work in Bergen st and order food from both places. In my hunger last night I must have entered in my work address instead of my home address and sent the poor Plan B Delivery Guy to stand outside of my, now closed, work. An hour latter I'm sitting at home grumbling and call them to see what is taking so long and then I realize my massive fail. But the delivery guy still comes to my house with my food and is super understanding and friendly. He could have been a total ass to me and I would have understood. And you know what, even though it was cold from it's tour of Bergen Street, the food was still really good. So to sum up, awesome delivery guy (tip him well) and good food that I will be excited to try NOT cold due to my own massive bucket of fail :)

I live on Flatbush Ave, between Bergen and 6th Ave, I ordered a burger and onion ring at 1am, the food was here within 20 min, everything was hot, good, and the fries, as well as the onion rings, were still very crispy. I'll try the chicken sandwiches next time !

A single star rating for this restaurant is a pretty generous review for this place. It took and hour and a half for my food to be delivered and when it finally got here, it was ice cold and the wrong order. When I called the restaurant (for the second time) the woman on the phone was not only uncaring of this situation, but snotty too boot. Bad service all around, really just the pits.

God awful. I had the French Dip and my girlfriend had the Blackened Chicken Sandwich. The French Dip came with the tiniest portion of Au Jus ever, not even able to dip the sandwich in. The sandwich itself smelled terrible, and tasted even worse! My girlfriends chicken sandwich was smaller than a chicken nugget. Not to mention the delivery person forgot our sodas. We were more than happy when he came back with them so we could wash the terribleness out of our taste-buds. First and last time I will ever order from here!

The food here is exceptional. But, after today's experience I don't know if I'll be ordering from here again. I had food delivered tonight. Once the food got here (almost an hour later even though the deliver estimate was between 35 - 50 mins) I was SCOLDED by the delivery guy. I was WARNED that if it was raining, not to expect my food to get delivered. I DO NOT pay for food to get scolded because someone is angry that he has to do his job.
