Ordered a pizza with Prociutto - got a pizza with ham, ordered sparkling water got still. While the pizza was still pretty good it would be nice if they'd get the order correct or at least call me and let me know they were sending me something other than what I ordered....(when I say ham, I'm aware of what prociutto is - I mean this was oscar mayer lunch meat style not thinly sliced aged and cured ham....)

Ordered a pizza online, they messed up my order, the dough was thick and smelled raw, the ham (which i didn't order) smelled horrible. I called to get another one but the guy told me they're too busy. So rude. Will never EVER make the mistake of ordering from that place again

12 hours after eating a Lamb Gyro from Portofino I had a severe case of food poisoning. Although it is impossible to conclusively prove it was this that caused the sickness, this was the only thing I ate differently from my wife for 48 hours and she was fine......

Food good, but delivery guy makes a mess of everything - food arrives spilled out of the containers. I don't get that. Last order from Portofino tonight.

Pasta was OK, no real flavor in the vodka or alfredo sauce. Salad was inedible because it was wilted from being in a container sitting on top of hot pasta. Dressing on the side must be a foreign concept as the salad was covered in dressing. Side of meatballs were tasty as were the mozzarella sticks. Overall pobably would not order again, food is mediocre at best, they can't follow simple instructions and delivery time exceeded the estimate. Better options in the area.

within the last month
This is the final time I wil be ordering from Portofino. Over the last 6 months the times of have received deliveries the food has been on a serious decline from the pizza coming totally raw to the pasta being virtually cheeseless. Last night was the clincher. Barely any cheese on the pizza and crumby canned sauce and barely any cheese on the typically awesome garlic bread. So long Portofino!

Quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. It was soggy, bland, and cold.

Good pizza. Dough was not soggy and slices did not require a fork to eat as is often the case with some pizzas. Order was delivered accurately and promptly. Great value for the money. Would definitely recommend the pizza!

Very cleanly made with perfect sized crust and thin crispy chewy bread w/ excellent non-greasy cheese. One of the most consistent pizza restaurants. (consistently better quality than ray bari's, ultimate pizza, and best pizza on 1st) Very fast delivery times.

Good food and portions, especially the pastas and sandwiches. Decent pizza as well, but they refuse to use peg stands for some reason so more than likely you will be scraping your cheese off the box.
