Prohibition

Waited over an hour for two kinda cold cheeseburger sliders with sad undercooked bacon and some kinda cold fries (I will admit that everything *tasted* good enough, but like I said, cold). Called the restaurant twice, 20 minutes apart, asking to know where my order was and was told it was "on the way" from down the block. Manager apologized profusely and said the order would be free, but they still charged me. I specifically picked this restaurant because of the 15-30 minute delivery window, knowing that I had to go out on a project at work that would've earned me $30 extra for the day. So I lost out on that while waiting for the food, AND I got charged full price after being promised a refund. Including the price of the food, I LOST over $45 waiting for two sad little sliders. Unacceptable. Calling the restaurant again today to see where my refund is.

The mini burgers are amazing. Mini chipwichs are great, but they do not travel well (I would order them in the restaurant, but not necessarily for delivery). Delivery time was okay.

Burgers cooked as ordered. Great crispy shoestring fries. Good amount of steamed side of veggies. Will definitely order again.

Better to eat in-house as the food doesn't seem to travel well. Agree about the small portions. Delivery time was fine.

Good food. Arrived a little cold, so had to reheat it a bit. However, the portions were not that small. I come from the UK so this was a fairly normal sized meal for me. I am constantly surprised as the huge portions of other restaurants, and granted you get a lot for your dime there, but I can't really complain about portion size and price for this place. I will order again, hoping they deliver faster and the food is a little warmer. Tuna Tacos are fabulous.

Don't order the Steak Nachos. you get maybe 10 silver dollar sized tortilla chips topped with, I think, ground meat (don't think that was steak) and cheese. You're almost paying $1.30 per nacho chip. The mini burger was good but the shoe string fries were regular, cold fries.

Wow. Laughably small portions. The I counted fewer than 10 tiny tortilla chips in the nachos we ordered. There was more salsa/guac than actual nachos. If you're going to give portion that small, don't pack them huge containers.
