The Rice Ball Special is always made to order and covered in cheese and sauce. It's really a meal in itself for around $6! Delivery was within the 75 min window. The pizza was really bad - ordered the buffalo chicken. They through 500 tiny cubed chicken pieces no cheese, no onions, celery etc. Wanted to like this place but... fail.

I order boneless chicken wings -- they send chicken nuggets. I call to ask what happened and the response is "That's the way we do it." Well, the way they do it gives then $2 more for the wings than the nuggets and one unhappy customer.

The pizza was okay (nothing special for New York), and garlic knots were good... but our pizza was delivered with a 2 inch hole in it...so there's that. Update: I received a free pizza and the quality was much better than the first. The taste was better and there was no hole this time.

my favorite pizza on seamless, i prefer it to south brooklyn as well, the cheese is good, crust is hit or miss, but the sauce is perfect, best sauce in the city,

The sicilian pizza was flavorful, fresh, and they actually aren't kidding about the sauce. It tastes like actual sauce, tangy, rich in flavor, mellow as though it's actually been cooked (as opposed to poured from a can). The wings came light on sauce but very crispy - overall, totally impressed, genuinely surprised at how good this was. Will definitely order from here again.

The guys at Proto are phenomenal... They even called to make sure my pizza was satisfactory because it was a little late in being delivered. Will definitely order from here again :-)

Horrible cold margarita slice and buffalo chicken pizza. The only thing decent (not really worth ordering) would be the boneless wings and the buffalo chicken roll... Very disappointed

This place is amazing! The pan pizzas are surprisingly light and fluffy, it doesn't sit like a weight in your stomach after you eat it. Chicken parm was nicely sized and the chicken was wonderfully moist. Was made in the quoted time, went to pick it up and was a bit early so I had time to talk to the guys at the counter. The staff there is awesome. Incredibly friendly people. Will definitely go there again.

Fantastic. And amazing service. Friendly delivery guy. PLUS, the pizza we ordered wasn't what we expected to see when we received it (there's no descriptions of anything on their seamless menu). We called to question it, and they sent over a different type of pizza we thought we'd like instead. When the delivery guy came back, we tried to give him back the first pizza, and he told us it was on the house. We tasted both, and I felt bad that we hadn't tried the first because it was amazing too, even though it was different. The difference is that their pan pizzas aren't saucy and cheesy; they're covered in finely chopped tomatoes and other fresh veggies instead. A surprise at first, but now I don't think I can go back to the standard floppy, greasy pizza from anywhere else. I am officially a Proto devotee. Good thing they're just around the corner from me!
