I really wanted to like this place, but...they got my juice order entirely wrong and added something spicy like cayenne pepper. Also, my half sandwich had mustard, which I did not as for. The bread was smashed and the mayo was barely dabbed into the center of the bread and not even spread. Sandwich tasted ok but juice was un-drinkable.

Place is miserable DO NOT ORDER. Takes forever and both times i have ordered from here they not only delivered cold food but it was also missing half the items. Then you get on the phone with them and they attempt to justify what they are doing by asking the cook if he remembers the order as if he is the only variable in the supply chain. Regardless, don't waste your time.

First Review here. Whenever, I read restaurant reviews here, I usually ignore how late the meal usually is. I have never had a terribly late meal through Seamless, but sadly Pulse was extremely late, 45-50 minutes to be exact. Even when I called them, they told me it will arrive in 2 minutes when in fact it took 15 minutes longer. The eggs were dry and cold, the pancakes tasted like a frozen meal, and they forgot to add cheese to my egg sandwich per my request. I will compliment their smoothies, but not enough to warrant more than 1 star. Other people may have had better experiences here, but I can assure I will not be ordering here again. Clearly, a bad product, bad service leads to dissatisfied customers ultimately leads to loss of business. That holds true in my case at least.

I ordered salad and ingredients were not fresh, plus they didn't include two of the ingredients that I mentioned and paid for!. Additionally, the delivery time was twice the estimated time. I DO NOT recommend this place at all

Food was fine but it came and the order had no silverware, no napkins and no condiments. (When you order a burger, you tend to expect you will get ketchup or something)

We ordered the Go Green Juice (amazing!), the breakfast burrito (delicious!) and the pesto pasta. When our order arrived we realized our breakfast burrito only contained egg whites and not the beans, vegetables, cheese, etc. the menu stated it came with. We called the restaurant who apologized and sent the correct order right away. The food was great and very hot when it arrived! I would definitely order from there again.
