QI Restaurant

I love the food from Qi, it is always very delicious. They get one start because their service is greatly lacking. I placed an order at 1:00pm and it was delivered cold at 3:06. The confirmation email they send said it was one hour delivery time. They need to improve upon their service, big time.

When you go to QI to eat, the food is delicious and fresh. For some reason, whenever I order delivery, the food is rubbery, warm and not tasty at all. If you're in the area, just go to the restaurant and eat in instead of take out.

Qi has re-earned my loyalty! After messing up orders all summer, they have redeemed themselves and have been 10 for 10 the last 4 times I've ordered. Lunch specials are a bargain and delicious. Just wish they wouldn't deliver the spring rolls in the sauce which makes them soggy.

It took over an hour for the delivery to arrive and I live a 5 minute walk from the restaurant. Food was cold.

I was starving and craving Thai. Without reading any reviews, I went for qi and then was a little nervous when I read what everyone else had to say. I took off a star because it said 30-45 and really took an hour, but the food was good! I had the spicy thai basil dish lunch special with the soup. I always like my thai sweet and spicy so I asked for it extra spicy with the sweet chili sauce on the side and they send two kinds and I thought it was great! The Tom Yum had tons of mushrooms, which restaurants often skimp on, and I added shrimp for $1 and got three...not bad for a buck! Overall, I will be eating here again!

BEWARE! THIS IS THE WORST RESTAURANT EVER. I placed an order, one hour later - NOTHING! I LIVE 2 BLOCKS AWAY! I called several times and the woman who answered either put me on hold for 20mins or hung up on me. In total I spent 2hours with these incompetent people and had no food and an empty stomach at the end. NEVER AGAIN!

Some of the tastiest Thai food in the city. $9 Pad Thai - can't go wrong! I'm always ordering from here and the portion usually lasts me two dinners. Really quick delivery too, which is very much appreciated when I'm hungry! Nice restaurant also if you get a chance to go

I have ordered from Qi many times; I have yet to find a dish that I did not enjoy. Their food is relatively clean (not greasy) yet still tasty. Delivery always arrives within the quoted window.

Vegetarians, beware, all the curries have fish sauce and they didn't have a way to make any exchanges. All the curry sauce is 'pre made' and I highly doubt they even make it in house. They called and had to cancel my order. Will not be ordering from here again.

Quick delivery, great food! I always add a little spice to the PadThai, and the Tom Kha coconut soup is amazing.

The food is good but it's been 1.5 hours in the middle of the day and no delivery yet. I live 3 blocks away. I should have picked it up myself, but I'm sick :P Now I have to leave for the doctor. I called and they said "5 minutes" and I said "really? Because I'm leaving for the doctor in 10 minutes, so if it's not here I won't be here" and they said "oh ... you're leaving in 10 minutes? ok ... well then we'll cancel" It was annoying they told me 5 minutes and then backed out of the lie. Now I have to go to the doctor and I'm starving. I have previously liked the food here, but this experience really makes me angry.

The food itself is not bad here but I ordered for delivery and they called me 30 minutes after I placed my order to tell me that they didn't have a delivery person on hand and that it would be another hour and a half until a delivery person could deliver my order. The only other option was to pick up the food myself or contact seamless myself to cancel the order.
