The food is always fantastic but the delivery person never delivers to my apartment. I always have to meet him in the lobby where he is just standing there, waiting for me. Most places will bring the food to my apartment floor unless they physically cannot get in the building. Also, about 50% of the time my order is incorrect when it arrives.

The BLT salad is tasty and all the flavors are well balanced. Pizza was good but lukewarm when it arrived. Considering the drive was only 3 miles, that's inexcusable.

Quattro Formaggi is usually one of our favorite pizza spots in Alexandria. However, this last order was disappointing. We ordered a pizza, wings, and a soda. There was no option to select type of soda, so we put our preference in the notes section - apparently this was missed, and we received a soda that we will not drink. Our wings arrived cold - not lukewarm - literally cold to the touch - and they needed to be re-heated in order to be edible. But, the worst part, was that our pizza had a large foreign object cooked into the crust (looked like a large string of plastic wrap?). GROSS.

Had the Veggie Pizza- not bad, not good. Nice mix of toppings, but the sauce was too sweet and the crust was flavorless (and a little soggy in the middle).

Chipotle pizza used to be good. Consistently too little chipotle the last several times I've ordered. I even asked for extra chipotle this time, and they just slathered it with tomato sauce. Here's a hint: Chipotle pizza doesn't need a bunch of tomato sauce.
