absolutely the worst sandwich i've had in years. this is my first time ever writing a review of any sort online. and i've been ordering food in the city for over 10 years. i couldn't let this go. i had to write about how truly terrible my sandwich was. i ordered the "vietnamese" bahn mi, and what i got almost made me puke. loads of cooked carrots? wtf? cooked carrots on a bahn mi? fat chunks of what seemed like cooked cucumbers. the flavor and pork seemed like it was from luby's cafeteria in alabama. just trash, the whole experience made me angry. and hungry. since i could only muster two bites of this atrocity. worst sandwich EVER.

the fennel in the fennel salad wasnt fresh and i had to toss it. the jerk sandwich was just an odd flavor combination of stuff

There isn't a better breakfast sandwich than The Bedford. Period. End of story. And the jerk chicken is the bomb too. And the Mexican corn. And the aloof attitude of the owner. This place is perfect.

If I could give this NO stars I would. Quite possibly the worst food I have ever eaten. Where on earth do you get off offering a Ban Mi sandwhich that bears no resemblance to this otherwise very tasty Vietnamese style sandwhich. You did'nt even try!! Sliced carrots? - Soggy with no crunch. Flavourless Pork and pathetic cucumber slices wrapped in soft soggy roll. Ho Chi Minh is turning in his grave! Absolute abomination of an effort. My office orders large orders through Seamelss and you guys just earned yourself 1st place on the "never again" list.

I will never order from here again. Every time I attempt to order from here I receive a phone call shortly after only to be notified that they don't have something I ordered. This is not the sole reason for my rating. After reconciling the order I received an angry phone call from the delivery guy upset that the delivery information wasn't accurate enough. I called the cafe only to be blamed by the "manager" for failing to fill out the information properly, which is odd considering I've had no trouble with any of the other dozen restaurants I order from through Seamless. The manager claimed to have called me four times and became extremely defensive when I disagreed and eventually hung up on me. This place is inefficient at doing simple tasks ( Ex. delivering food, having food to deliver, having competent people to deliver said food) and simply not worth the energy.

Food has no flavor, I'm too simple, and was overcooked!! Burger, burned and tasteless. Mac n' Cheese, no flavor at all tasted like plain noodles! Fruit salad has no fruit...Waste of money and I would walk out without paying if we went to the restaurant.

The chicken on the salad was tough, ropey, and had an odd smell. It seemed like maybe it had been frozen and microwaved.

The food is amazing, but the delivery is routinely slow. Usually, it takes an hour, an hour 1/2 to get my food. The cafe is five blocks from my office.

We placed an order. Got a call 75 minutes later informing us that they haven't started the order yet... after we called them a couple times to get an update. Unacceptable. We ended up canceling the order and getting food around the corner.

I'm annoyingly particular and raised in a home of foodies and from Rabbits Cafe I will say I received an exceptional meal. I ordered the salad with the salmon. The salmon was of the highest quality and cooked to "Perfection" The FRESH spinach and FRESH fruit combined with the mouthwatering Asian vinaigrette rendered this dish outstanding one of if not the best meal I've ordered online and the price is right. I have to mention that I was not nearly as fond of the burger in my second order but the scrumptious slightly charred corn, with a true fresh corn taste I ordered as a side more raised the bar. Excellent food, I hope it stays that way.
