Wow, I've never seen a place put so much effort into delivering the perfect Ramen. Not only was their food delicious, and there's a lot of good ramen to choose from in the East Village, the ramen was clearly cooked in broth along with the hot ingredients, separated, with the addition of the half-cooked egg and other cold ingredients, and then the bottom part of the container was refrigerated while the top was boiling hot upon arrival. My only complaint is that Seamless web doubled everything in my order, and after trying this delightful food having a second meal leftover felt like amazing luck.

Our pork buns were all fat, the ramen was mostly tasteless (not to mention lukewarm), and the noodles tasted like glue. Will never be ordering from here again.

Took 1.5 hours to get my order. Called the restaurant multiple times and was told that the order had already left. Right before I received the order (which was cold and not even exactly what I had ordered), I was told by the restaurant to just cancel the order - no apology, simply an offer to refund and receive the (cold) food for free. Never ordering from this restaurant again.

Love their ramen, but over an hour late (when it was estimated 30min) and the ramen soup (and everything else) was cold. still giving 3 stars b/c the ramen is good, but I had to call to follow up on the order

Ordered the hiyashi chuka and pork buns. Both were delicious and very fresh. Pork buns are common nowadays, and these were very good. The ramen was really authentically Japanese and delivered perfectly. Everything was sliced just right, the soup and so on were all spot on. Very nice meal on a hot summer evening.

They pack the noodles separately so they aren't mushy when they arrive. The negi rice is freaking AWESOME. Love this place!!

It's great to finally have a good ramen joint that delivers in the area. Delivery was fast, but they gave way too many noodles (which became sticky) and not enough broth. I love eating at their restaurant, will only order delivery when my ramen craving is through the roof. It's good, but not great...
