I ordered the Pad Thai lunch special with Shrimp. They offer you an option to get "JUMBO" shrimp for $2.00 more. I received the order with the alleged "JUMBO" shrimp and they only gave me 2 pcs of shrimp. Seriously? I complained and they said that since I ordered the "JUMBO" shrimp that I was only entitled to 2 pcs. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

The only place that I'll get duck soup from. Delicious, steamy, gigantic portions, and delivery in under 10 mins. If you have that late night craving for thai, and want your food NOW, then you cant go wrong with this.

Order from here at least once a week. Always prompt delivery. My order almost always consists of Papaya Salad and Pad Thai. Papaya salad defines a thai restaurant to me. By far the best Papaya salad on upper east side. Pad Thai is excellent but a little sweet for me. Otherwise, chicken satay and other starters I've had are top notch. I recommend Rain Thai!

Pad see ew is such a common and easily made Thai dish. I was extremely disappointed with my lunch special. The pad see ew had almost no sauce and was swimming around in oil. They also soaked my crab rangoon in sauce so by the time I got it, it was soggy and mushy. Put the sauce on the side! Won't be ordering from here anytime soon.

For the price of the chicken pad Thai I ordered, I was quick disappointed. It was overly sweet, the container was half full, no peanuts, barely any chicken or beansprouts, and no tofu. There are too many places that delivery better quality food. My order arrived quickly, however, I would have preferred time well spent on my order instead of what I received.

Waited for 40 minutes at the restaurant for a pick up order. Didn't have a clue for the whole time about what was taking them so long. Finally, after waiting for 40 minute, the waitress told me that the delivery guy had picked up the order accidentally and that I will have to wait for him to come back. She was unapologetic throughout and wanted to hand me the cold food..Hows that for the customer service !!!! Kudos Rain Thai...you lost a few customers for ever... Definitely me and few of my colleagues..Mistakes happen (and I am not so much pissed about that), but when you are in customer service industry, watch your behavior!!!

Very Bad Customer service, I called to check on the order an hour and 20 minutes later, The Lady was soo rude. When I have finaly recived the WRONG ORDER, she has declined to return it or exchange it, and denied to even do anything about it. WHy order from this place when there so rude? I would look else where. There are many better Thai Restraunts that are more friendlier.

I LOVE LOVE Rain Thai! A co-worker introduced me to this place, I am addicted. I usually order the lunch special. It comes with a yummy salad in peanut dressing, very very good dressing. I order the drunken noodle or panang curry, both are delicious. I like eating in more than delivery since the panang curry seems more delicious and less watery eating in. By far the best drunken noodle and peanut dressing I have ever had. Sometimes I am so embarrassed that I order so frequently from this place lol. The place is usually packed during lunch.

This place is awesome! Try the mango shrimp salad, the grilled pork chop, the sticky rice or the pad thai (tip: ask for extra scallions and limes) - you won't be disappointed.

Smallish portion that wasn't very creative - just chicken, string beans, carrots, and sauce. Felt more like how a fast-food asian place would do Thai, not an authentic thai place.

We ordered $60 worth of food and 2 items were incorrect. The 1st item was supposed to be the chefs salmon, instead we received beef. Called to ask for a replacement, and all they were concerned about was getting the BEEF BACK. ha. Then the salmon was delivered and we noticed that the mango salad was missing many items, such as the avocado, cashews, and the SWEET lime dressing. They put spicy dressing instead, and now my mouth feels like a volcano has erupted all over my face. Also, the chefs salmon special should have had spicy sauce, but didn't. They couldn't credit back my card for $8, so instead offered us a credit. We ordered a creme brulee and a vanilla fried ice cream. It is yet to be delivered, and I hope it is safe to eat. =)
