Ravagh Persian Grill (1st Ave)

This place is legit. Go with the chicken combination kebob with grilled vegetables instead of rice. You will not be disappointed. All of the kebabs are delicious. Also, add the appetizer of feta, mint, tarragon and eat together with kebob.

Whoa this place is amazing, Chicken Kabob was DELISH!! mixed veggies were amazing! all grilled HUGE portion and a side salad! Hummus is different, can't quite put my finger on it..

very tender grilled chicken, good portion size, salad was fresh, came with 2 pitas.. very very good! got only 4 stars because had to add some salt for flavoring.

Not much food for the price. Meat and rice tasted greasy. The $5 grilled vegetables side only had a zucchini and a piece of green pepper...

It took longer than I like to get here (though not longer than the estimate I was given), but the wait was most definitely worth it. I got the beef kebob with grilled vegetables. It arrived hot, and it was delicious. They sent some lettuce and tomato, along with oil and vinegar, and a couple of pitas. I'll order again, and I definitely recommend.

Ravagh is definitely at the top of my list when I crave Persian food. Their chicken kebab ( both strips/shish taook) are very good and they are generous with their quantities.

Awful. I'm persian and if I didn't know this restaurant was supposed to be persian I'd never have guessed. Stick with Persepolis.

Reliably very tasty middle eastern. We mostly just get kebabs from here but they are very good pretty much across the boards. Rice is a little frighteningly buttery, but as long as you're not too worried about cardiac issues, that's a good thing. It's a pretty reliable go-to place for us. The owners have been very nice when I've done take out (my wife works evenings at the hospital and I often bring her dinner from Ravagh).

Great food and great value! I'm from Los Angeles where there are tons of amazing Persian restaurants - Ravagh definitely rates up there with them. The kubideh is fantastic!

Ravagh is my go-to delivery spot. Great kebobs, hummus, salads. And the Albaloo Polo rice is amazing.

We love this place! Great kebabs, food always hot and fresh. We've ordered from here at least a dozen times and its always excellent. Actually ate in the restaurant first and like it so much we started getting delivery. One of the best take out options in our neighborhood, consistently good.
