Terrible service. I live near Red Egg and I waited nearly 2 hours for the delivery to NOT ARRIVE. I ended up canceling despite two claims that the order was out for delivery. It's not like the weather was bad or they were slammed with orders. I'm never wasting my money on these guys ever again. If you want Chinese food that's better and for a lower price, don't bother with these guys. There are a ton of better options in Chinatown

Horrible tasting food. Chicken with garlic sauce had 0 spice to it, yellow chicken, I think it was curry sauce and they ran out of garlic sauce. Beef chow fun was neutral tasting def not worth $12. Barely finished both dishes and will not be ordering ever ever ever again. Red egg... Make better food..... I honestly want a refund.

WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!! Everything was cold, the soup was disgusting and gelatinous, most of the order was incorrect and they were very rude about coming back to deliver the correct food. Never had such a horrendous delivery experience in my life. DO NOT ORDER FROM RED EGG!!!!

Ordered from here numerous times now, by far the best Chinese food around. It's light, not overly salted or greasy. Always had prompt delivery service and consistently good food. Lettace wraps are phenomenal, dim sum combo lunch time perfection, lovely buns and tons of delicious specials (I've ordered here a lot!).

Super fast delivery, great food. The braised pork belly was my favorite, one of the best upscale Chinese food in the neighborhood. Would order again and again.

The food is of a consistently high quality, but the prices are relatively higher and I don't like having to pay a % of the order.

Ordered Vegetarian tofu, got a whole scallop in the first bite. Called the restaurant to complain and they told me there is shrimp paste but no scallops. NEITHER of those things are appropriate for vegetarians, but there was definitely a whole, half-cleaned scallop in this dish, even if it wasn't supposed to be there. The restaurant was apologetic but didn't seem to get it, and offered to take my phone number and name and give me a discount next time I called. Meanwhile, my sister, who is allergic to shrimp, is popping benadryl and calling the hospital. I understand that stuff happens, but I looked at the menu again, and the Vegetarian section also contains a Ma-Po Tofu which contains pork (listed on the paper menu, but not noted on the Seamless description.) Seamless did us a solid and refunded the inedible food, but I would never order from here again.

One of the few places that you can get somewhat good quality dim sum delivered. Soup dumplings leave something to be desired but those wonderful little morsels never fare well as delivery from any joint.

The best place for dim sum I've found that delivers to me. It's as authentic as one could hope for in this city compared to some other delivery places I've tried. As for service - they're around a 20 minute journey to me and even in the pouring rain the delivery guy has a smile on his face. Definitely a winner

I want to like it because they are one of the few places with real "soup dumplings". I ordered them and veggie steamed dumplings, both were doughy and undercooked. Veggie dumplings looked and had texture like jellyfish. really yuk!

Do not order the Mapo Tofu. The chef does not know how to make it. They added so much black pepper to the dish that it was inedible. Other dishes were better.
