Red Toque

Delivery service was horrible. The food arrived cold and 1.5 hours after the order was placed. I was waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes, even though the driver had called me to say he had already arrived. When I called the restaurant (just before the food finally arrived), they refused to cancel and refund my money. Right at that moment, the delivery man arrived, but the fact that they would have refused to refund my money was ridiculous. Moreover, they blamed me for the fact that the food was so delayed, saying that my address was weird (a huge office building) and that they would no longer deliver to my address (even though they've delivered to me several times before). The last time I had a delivery issue, Seamless did not really advocate on my behalf. If it does not do so this time, I will stop using Seamless with my corporate accountant and raise the issue with my firm managers. Sincerely,

Pretty good food. However, I've order several times and it always takes far longer to receive the than the estimate. It has taken over an hour each time.

Disappointing. The garden salad is iceberg lettuce; the chicken biryani is mostly rice, not much chicken. I ordered a drink and a dessert and they did not deliver the drink and got the dessert wrong.

Took an hour - I have a feeling that none of the instructions that I gave them via my seamless order were read because they had difficulty finding me. The food was cold. I had to microwave absolutely everything. I also just took a bite of the biryani and a very HARD object was in there - some kind of pebble! Just had to throw the rest of it out. Garbage.

The owner is polite, and very considerate. The establishment needs work, but the food is absolutely amazing.
