The food is very good and I appreciate that they respect my 'green' choice of no plastic cutlery/napkins. However, it's 'hit and miss' with them at times. Most of the time, they deliver promptly but when they don't, it takes forever (this has happened a couple of times). Their food is delivered hot and in decent packaging - it shows that they take delivery seriously - but it's a bummer when instead of delivering the delicious seafood pad thai I ordered, they deliver a chicken pad thai instead! Nice still, but not what I asked for (or what appears on the online order for that matter). They would have received 4.5 stars for their food alone but it can't be more than 3 stars from me when taking into account that it's a bit of a lottery whether you get the right food order delivered promptly.

ordered at least 15 times from there, food was consistently good, tasted fresh & arrived hot. generous portions. delivery usually took 20-25 min. BBQ pork, Grilled beef & papaya salad recommended.

First off the food is SO EXTREMELY expensive for what you get. i ordered the spicy coconut chicken soup. Came in two separate container which is fine but chicken tasted and smelled like it had been microwaved and the soup was inedibly salty. i gave a $2 tip and they didn't even have the curtsy to send me cutlery! will not be ordering from here again! :(

Food came within 15 mins piping hot!! The Thai iced tea wasn't very good but the coconut spicy chicken soup was perfect and when I asked for no beansprouts they were so nice about it.
