I will never understand why this place gets bad reviews. The Chicken Thai Basil dumpling is my favorite. I eat here at least twice a month and with every ten purchases on my punch card I get a free order. It is a little expensive, but its so very worth it. It's much healthier than take-out dumplings plus you can actually taste that the meat your eating is what it says it is. Both Rickshaw restaurants are clean and the staff are friendly. All of the food is super fresh. And to that person that said they use a microwave - they don't its called a steamer. The dumplings are kept in it to keep them hot. Oh and try the chocolate soup dumpling!!

I hate to only give 3 stars, because I love the food and order from here all the time. However, my issue with this location is that out of the last 20 orders I have placed with them...only 1 has been correct. Every order is missing some portion of my food order. I have had to get the people at seamless involved before, and still again I just ordered on 3/13 and some of the food is missing. I just don't understand how this happens EVERY time.

I expected the Peanut Sate Noodle Soup to have a bit more spiff to it, but instead it was rather bland. The soup was essentially just vegetables and noodles in a thick beige-colored broth. For a place that had "Dumplings" in the name, one would imagine that they serve pretty good dumplings. As most of these other reviews said, the dumplings were not very tasty on their own, and the sauce was way too salty. I did not eat in, so I can't say much for the decor other than it looked very clean, at a quick glance. The service was great, despite the place being empty during the very beginning of the lunch hour.

Normally, I don't like Thai dumplings because they are on the doughy side and small, but these were really good! The lunch box I ordered was a very large portion. The soup it came with was so big I thought they accidentally sent me the wrong thing. The dumplings were flavorful and moist, so I didn't even "need" the sauce . As a designer, I have to mention their branding on their bag and other collateral was nice, too. A reflection of their attention to detail.

Unfortunately while the dumplings are good, the delivery service is terrible. I've waited over an hour and a half on more than one occasion. They frequently claim they are short staffed or busier than expected. In my opinion they are not equipped to handle seamless web volumes.

these are very Americanized dumplings, definitely not as good as authentic Chinese restaurants. i was able to try them using seamless' 15% discount. they do have great edamame and Chinese hot chocolate. i'd definitely buy either of those things in the future.

delicious vegetarian dumplings! i've ordered at least once a week for several months and the service is consistently great - whenever delivery is delayed or an item i ordered is sold out, they always follow up with a call and often send extra food at no charge. i just wish they put the nutrition facts on everything on their menu!

I like the edamame dumplings the best here. they're lighter than typical dumplings and they usually deliver quickly.

The dumplings were really crappy -- rubbery on the inside, stiff cardboard on the outside. This may be because the delivery took almost an hour and a half and the dumplings were ice cold, not a great way to serve them, but I'll never know because I'd never give this place another try.
