food is good but they are ALWAYS late. typically 1hr to get food. worst was 1 hr 15 mins. very often something is missing. chopsticks. a soda. ridiculous

On my order, I was given an annoying 60-75 minute delivery wait time which is frustrating enough. Then, after 85 minutes of waiting, I called and was told that my order was sitting, waiting for a driver to pick it up, and would be at least another 30 minutes. To add insult to injury, I was offered a SINGLE spring-roll as compensation for the severe inconvenience, and this was even something that had to be debated with management. Don't ever order delivery from this place until their management learns some customer service skills.

I haven't had their Thai food, but the Japanese is very good. I had eel and tempora. The tempora is the best *delivery* tempora I've gotten in that it was still very very crispy when it arrived. That's why they're getting the stars.

The food was subpar in comparison to other Thai restaurants in the area. Additionally I order green tea for the price of $2. When I didnt not receive it, I called the restaurant and I was informed that they sent me a tea bag. A tea bag, for $2, to make my own tea? What a rip off

I believe the negative reviews on here all relate to a single Groupon-related incident, where they had trouble processing the coupon or something. My experience, just using Seamless for this restaurant normally, has been very positive and the food has been delicious.

I was pleased with how quickly my order arrived, and the food was adequate. Not the best Pad Thai or Spring Roll that I've every had, but I enjoyed it just the same!

Food was good. Drunken noodle was a large portion. Salmon salad was more of a side salad size, but was good. Soups are the pint size.

This is the first time I tried Seamless because of the Groupon deal. I am not sure if Rien Tong ripped me off because I used a Groupon or if they are normally subpar, but I ordered Chirashi and received only 3 pieces of fish. I'm not that picky when it comes to takeout since it's a last resort option when I'm too busy to run to the store, but this is ridiculous! Every restaurant that I've ordered Chirashi at serve at least 6-8 pieces of fish in the dish. I will never order to Rien Tong again.

Would not accept the Coupon Code that was delivered in the mail for $10 off your first order. Called me and told me I needed to contact Seamless to pay full price. Poor customer service if they won't accept their contract with Seamless.
