Rin Thai Restaurant

My pineapple fried rice has no pineapple in it. Also, they sent me Thai dumplings instead of vegetable dumplings. Such a bummer.

Pad thai was inedible. I didnt realize pad thai could taste like that.

Ordered the pad thai lunch special. Took about 60min for delivery, soup was mediocre and very small. Pad thai was fine, but not spicy like I specifically asked for. Probably will order somewhere else next time.

I love Rin for good and consistent thai food. My boyfriend is from Seattle (great Asian cuisine in general) and we haven't been able to find amazing thai here but Rin is good, reasonable in price and consistent. We really like the Pad See Ew and there's a lot of chicken which is great!

Great food! Great Lunch Specials! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is the 2nd time they forgot to include an item from my order when they delivered it. First time they gave me credit, fine, had to get my own drink since that's what they forgot. But food was tasty so I decided to forgive :) However, they now forgot to include my rice with my meal. I called them up, they said they'll send someone. BUT then the manager calls me and tells me that his worker told him they did put in the bag. I said "No, I'm looking at the bag right now and it's definitely not in there". So he says that he CAN'T send his guys to bring me white rice. Next time I order they'll include it if I remind them. I found this to be unacceptable. So he goes on to say that he trusts his workers, and they told him that they did put it in. First of all, at this point I can't believe we're arguing about a side of white rice. He offers me a credit, but says that I won't be able to order from them anymore. What?!? So I finally lose my patience and start telling him that I don't appreciate him saying that I'm lying about a side of rice, and that he should know as a restaurant manager that the customer is always right. Well, in the middle of this sentence he says 'thank you' and hangs up! I decided to call back and they put me on hold for almost 10 minutes. I hang up and call back, this time telling the lady that answered the phone my situation, she starts defending her manager, puts me on hold, comes back to say that they'll send someone right away and sorry. Well, let's see if they actually come.... Just lost 3 stars for that!!

Ordered Pad Thai. Not quite sure what I'm eating, but its...orange...and although appears to have the right ingredients, its definitely...different. On time delivery, decent portion size gets them 3 stars

Consistently excellent. This is our favorite Thai restaurant in the area. We typically order Pad Thai or Panang Chicken.

Beware! My husband and I ordered the tofu pad thai the other night, and we both came down with a horrific bout of food poisoning. We definitely will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

AWFUL DELIVERY EXPERIENCE. The delivery guy called me when he was still clearly outside the building. I waited a few minutes, and as he wasn't calling my desk again, I headed to the lobby, only to find out that he had already left. The order person at the restaurant couldn't help me because she didn't know what delivery boys were doing what orders, and couldn't contact the guy who had my food. All in all, BAD customer service.

Worst Thai food I have ever eaten and I have been eating Thai food for over 30 years. For example, no peanuts in the pad thai and the green curry was flavorless.

There pad thai can send you into a diabetic coma....way to sweet/tangy. It's not what's expected from pad thai. They gave some lemon on the side if I squeez that on my pad thai I'd get lemonde...needless to say I threw it out, pretty gross :/

Great lunch deals. Delivery could be a bit faster. Not many Thai places in the area deliver via Seamless but Rin Thai is the best of the ones that do.
