Room Service

This place was good, fast, not too expensive. The eggplant and basil side dish was delicious. I also liked the Pad-Noh-Mai, but it was not all that spicy. I don't know why the description says they don't dumb it down for western palates, because they clearly do. The sheer variety of vegetables in the Tom Kha Het was outrageous, and much appreciated. I will definitely order from Room Service again.

I ordered from Room Service on a Saturday night, understanding that it would probably be a busy night to order, but the delivery estimate said 30-45 minutes. My order took over 90 minutes to arrive. I called to check the status and they assured my it had left 5 minutes ago, but still took another 30 minutes to get here. When it came, they had left half of my order behind. The part that did arrive was cold. I had to call to get the rest delivered to me, another 40 minutes later, with no offer to cover the cost of anything. All for some mediocre pad thai.

I ordered from Room Service because they listed 15- 30 minutes as the delivery time and it took an hour and a half. When I called to complain, the woman was rude and hung up on me. Before she could hang up, she said she would credit me for the meal; however, it has yet to show up on my account. BE AWARE!

I love Thai food and there's plenty of Thai food in Chelsea, but Room Service is my current favorite. The prices are outstanding, and the food is also 1st class.

I order the Choo-Chee Fish Lunch Special with the Thai ice coffee just today. First experience with Room Service restaurant is good but it can be greater. The delivery was pretty quick, took about 20 mins or so. I've asked for THAI SPICY and they did it for me. However, the flavor seems off. I knew because I'm Thai. Spicy but not GOOD SPICY! Really hard to find a place that cooks real Thai food for Thai people. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.

normally Room service is prompt and delicious. I don't know what was happening on december 7th but the food took over an hour to get to my office a block and a half away and it was ice cold.

Great Thai food. I would also recommend dining at the restaurant. Good vibe. Just ordered delivery from Room Service again. Food was good as always. Only problem is that it took a full hour for the delivery and they did not substitute brown rice for white rice as we requested.

Curry puffs are the best in Chelsea. Corn spring rolls are good (nothing special). Thai iced tea is a hefty portion unlike other Thai places. Service is super quick.

Sloppily prepared foods - the spring roll tonight (Dec 17) was falling apart and seems like it was cut by a blind person. Delivery guy was among the most brusque I've ever encountered. Thought I was paying up for better food & service than this!

Terrible service! I had to wait over an hour and when I called them to ask about my order they were rude and dismissive. There are plenty of other places out there with better food and service.

The service is horrible. When we ordered it said 15-30 min on seamless. When we called after 35 minutes they told us it was being cooked and it would take another 3o minutes. From his reaction I could tell that they hadn't started cooking yet.

Had a piece of platic in our food that would have seriously harmed our toddler. When I called to complain they had the audacity to argue about issuing a refund. Have been ordering from here for a long time and surprised and disgusted by the customer service. Still waiting for the refund. disgusted.

We ordered our food at 12:15. It arrived an hour later and my dish, Rama was missing the sauce. I called and they said they would send another one right away.... that was an hour and 15 minutes ago. I've now been waiting for my food for over 2 hours. When I called to complain they said it was on it's way, with no offer to make it up to me. I call that very bad customer service.
