Delivery takes very long time, more than an hour. Achari Chicken tikka was pathetic, was not even a achari chicken. They gave me wrong delivery.

They are consistently at least an hour late in delivery and the food arrives soggy and inedible. To top it off they are extremely rude on the phone when trying to get your food.

When a restaurant adds ingredients likes eggs without specifying and someone is allergic to eggs, what can one say? Roomali, you deserve a solid 0 for being so careless.

Good veg and non-veg rolls, but Kathi Rolls by Kebab Factory down the street on Lex is way better. Roomali bread is not really an authentic roti or parantha and rolls are flavorful but also a little soggy, messy and greasy. Kati Rolls have great bread, lots of veggies in addition to your filling, and they give you 3 dipping sauces too! The people that work at Roomali are really nice and helpful, but they are not Indian which maybe doesn't mean anything but still kind of turned me off. Great mango lassi though!

Haven't had a bad roll yet, though they can be a bit inconsistent (sometimes the rolls are tasty, and sometimes they're really tasty -- and I'm not saying that to be cute, so it might have to do with the amount of seasoning on the pieces of lamb or chicken you get). They messed up an order once by including two of the same roll, but the roll was so good that I can't give demerits for it.
