Food is good and the delivery is fast. I give it 4 stars because it taste good, but not to die for. Better then most places in HK. I recommend any of the burgers. They are always cooked well. The Motz Sticks are kind of disappointing. But the Red Velvet Cake is to die for! It's probably one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. It's perfectly baked and it's a MUST. If you don't order the red velvet, you are missing out and missing the true experience of Route 66 Cafe.

I have always had a great experience with Route 66 - no exceptions. They always go out of their way to make sure that I am pleased with my order. And the food is delicious.

Usually Route 66 is good, but on a particularly rainy night, the food arrived past the time range specified and my "medium" burger was VERY well done and quite rubbery. Disappointing.

I lived in Hells Kitchen for a few years and have tried most all of the local restaurants. Route 66 is bar none the worst food experience I've had in NYC. I had a tuna club sandwich with fries and it was abysmal. My girlfriend had a burger and it was equally bad. Do yourself and never order here. A huge step below any NYC diner.

Better than your average diner that’s for sure. Burger was smokey and actually cooked medium. Given how many items are on the menu, I’ll probably be ordering here often.

Terrible! Food arrived cold and without any of the ordered condiments -- or, in the case of the chicken fingers, the sauce that's stated that they come with. Food was bland and greasy. Used to be a good place but those days seem to be long gone.

Food is fine. But their delivery times are way off. If you are going to order from them prepare for a wait.

Terrible. My pesto chicken sandwich was a congealed mess of cheese and dry grilled chicken dumped on two pieces of soggy bread. We also ordered a burger and specifically asked for no cheese, but they went ahead and put cheese on the burger.

DISASTER! dont order from here. Though the food was pretty decent, though pricey for a diner, they took almost 1.5hrs to deliver my food. Which came cold. when i called, after an hour, I was put on hold for 18 mins and nobody ever picked up. I then called back and he said it was on the way. I order food on seamless almost every day, and this was by far the worst experience i have had.

Fast delivery, bison burger was big and juicy! On my top 5 list for great bison burgers. Sweet potato fries were also good, a little floppy but tasted great.

My food was absolutely horrible. It was not warm. The wings were fatty, not cooked through, and had hardly any sauce on them. The bison burger seemed re-heated, was grisly, dry, and hard to swallow. I threw away half the order and am still hunger after paying this incredibly wretched place over $20. Stay away, go elsewhere. . .

Good food ~ I ordered the "make your own" omelette and had scallions and spinach put in it. It came with toast and french fries. I was hoping for home fries (as was listed online) but I guess they switched to french fries? They were ok...not too greasy, but a bit cold. I would order again. The prices are fairly standard NY prices ($10 for an omelette) .

AVOID THEM! I placed an order for delivery through Seamlessweb and they got my order wrong TWICE! After over an hour I demanded a refund from the manager. The waitress that handles take-out and delivery kept trying to blame it on the kitchen, but why aren't you checking orders before they leave? TERRIBLE service. Food is definitely NOT worth the headache! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

This restaurant is fairly good. I've been in person as well as ordered delivery but I prefer delivery since their customer service is horrible, at least the time I had gone. The wait staff talks about personal issues and work issues in ear shot of customers, a HUGE no-no. The food is fresh and the delivery comes in a timely manor. The menu in the restaurant is different than the seamless menu but I've still found items I enjoy in place of the Chicken Cesar Wrap I fell in love with. Hopefully they step it up, this is NYC.... there are plenty of places with the menu they have that do better.
