I used to order from here repeatedly - the food was awesome, taste-wise. But every time, I would have a stomachache/digestive issues for 3 days afterwards. Their health inspection grade is a C...finally I put two and two together. I don't order from here anymore. Get it together, Ruchi.

Ruchi is the best Indian in FiDi, period. I dont know why so many people have had ordering issues, because Ive never had a problem with them and I order from Ruchi about 4-5x a month. I love the vegetarian dinner special (and, by the way, the portions could be considered small on an individual basis, but if you put all the "pots" together, you get just as much, if not more food than their regular entrees). And, to the people that complain that Ruchi's food is too spicy or contains too many spices, hello! you're ordering Indian food! It is supposed to be spicy!

For downtown, it's not a bad Indian delivery. The consistency of the food flavor and quality has been hit or miss over time. Also, the orders don't always arrive with everything or exactly what you ordered. The chicken chettinad is one of the better menu items.

Tasty curry, speedy delivery. My favorite is the chicken vindaloo. The chicken always seems to be white meat chicken.

they delivered only 1 combo dish for lunch when I ordered 2. When I called to ask why they were not helpful and didn't do anything about it.... forget offering to send the dish or give me a refund. food was less than mediocre.

Ordered lunch from here-total disaster. Food took an hour and a half to get here, no silverware or plates included, every container had been spilt with contents laying inside the bag, food I did eat was oily. When I called to complain they said that they could only bring my replacement order in a couple hours. Bad, bad, bad

Very disappointed in my order. I ordered the Tandoori Chicken Entree but only received the chicken. When I called the restaurant I was told that the Chicken is all that is included in the Entree. I explained that an Entree includes at least one side order, but they said that is now how the Tandoor Chicken Entree is served. Another friend of mine bought an Entree and most of her meat order was very little. Very disappointing.

The chicken shaki korma was excellent. Delivery was much faster then the wait time. The mulligwatany soup was dissapointing. I would not order that again. Otherwise good food.
