Rue 57 Brasserie Parisienne et Sushi Bar

Delivery window changed when i placed order.... took almost one hour. Grilled cheese sandwich was greasy, unappealing and cold. Fries were mush.

Pretty disappointing for the price. But what's worse is the way a delivery is treated - I just got a grapefruit juice in a soup cup. If you have no delivery drink cups, either call and offer an alternative, or remove the item from your menu. Placing the ice-filled drink soup cup on top of the burger did not help either. I like my burgers hot for some reason...

I really love the mini kobe sliders, but the fries they come with are always a soggy, sad afterthought. This place gets five stars for when eat in and three for when you order out.

This is the second time that I have ordered crispy rice with spicy tuna and Rue57 sent Rock Shrimp. I love Rue57, but if they can't get my order right, I'll never order from them again!

Cold food delivered 45 min late. Rotisserre chicken was gross and $30. Just some green beans and cold pieces of avg. chicken. What a horrible place to order from. I called management and they said it would come "piping hot" right before it arrived. it arrived and it was ice cold. So many better places to order from.

Rue has amazing brunch items and some stellar lunch items as well. Their brioche french toast is the stuff of dreams. For lunch the grilled cheese and frites are standout! If you don't feel like venturing out but want a great meal - this is the place.

Could’ve been so much better. Although this place is 2 block away it took 30 minutes to arrive. I Ordered the Kobe sliders, the buns were soggy and the fries were no longer crispy. Still tasted ok, but I can only imagine how good it would’ve been if it was delivered as soon as it was cooked.

The food is always excellent and arrives in a reasonable amount of time. It is pricey but worth it. I will continue to order from them as long as they continue to keep up the quality.

I kind of don't understand why this place has no reviews, since it's been on the list for a while. I order from here when I feel like dropping a few bucks more than usual. Most things are very good. The burger with the crumbly cheese is very good. The steak frittes is good as well. Actually, everything here is usually very good. Be sure to check out the specials, I once got a fried chicken special which was delicious. Food arrives not early, but not late, and still hot, but I'm only three blocks away.
