I accidentally received a grilled chicken and vegetable sandwich instead of a grilled vegetable sandwich with my order. No big deal except that I am vegetarian. When I called about it, the clerk said I'd need to talk to the manager. who wasn't in. When I later spoke with the manager, we agreed he'd just send over a bag of pumpkin ravioli to make good on the sandwich. It never came. Good food but not good customer service. I'd ordered from here many times and I think they should have treated me better.

I ordered the cheese lasagna and it came cold in the middle. sad face. I'd stick to ordering bread and olives from this place...

Such high quality here. And big flavors! I got a slice of lasagna once that was a little too salty but it was just that once. Everything here is great. So fresh. I dig the dinner meal deals and the fact that they offer 1/4 lb. as an option on a lot of their sides. Delivery is always quick and cheery. The $20 minimum is kind of a drag but I always end up ordering that much anyway!

So glad Russo's is on Seamless now. Sandwiches are delicious. Love that they deliver pasta and sauces as well!
