Sandwich house is terrific. They have very unique sandwiches that have different tastes. This isn't your average sandwich shop, they have very inspired sandwiches. Also their soups and potato chips are excellent. Quick deliveries as well, overall a terrific lunch place.

There something about a place that includes fresh grated parmesan in the delivery order that says: "I like you, I like your business, I want to impress you and I want your repeat business." Well, Sandwich House, you got my attention and you're gonna get my repeat business, because: 1. Your food rocks 2. Your delivery man was fast and polite 3. Your portions are huge In fact that delicious chicken and dill salad sandwich ($7.95) on a baguette was so big, it looked like I was carrying around a concealed bazooka in that paper wrapping. The Linguine w/ Mushroom Sauce ($10.55) was pretty stellar too! PARTING THOUGHT: Now what am I going to do with this huge pile of leftovers???

We got two chicken parm sandwichs from there and it was officially the worst chx parm sandwich I ever ate in my life. How do you screw up Chicken Parm? The chicken was grilled (not breaded) the sauce was like ketchup and there was barely any cheese. It was like the Irish version of Chicken Parm but worse.

Fresh food, always late. The past two times I've ordered, food has taken over 1 hour to be delivered. Premade soups and sandwiches that aren't even grilled....I don't get it. Last time they even gave half my order to someone else and they made me retrieve it from the other people instead of sending the rest of the order! The food is not worth the terrible customer service.

Delivery took 30 minutes longer than expected (90 mins for a sandwich that requires no cooking!) and the food wasn't anything special.

The prosciutto/mascarpone sandwich is amazing! They are fast, steady in quality and even in person/on location very nice. A gem.

I want to like this place. I really do. Because the sandwiches are excellent and the delivery is generally pretty quick. But it's annoying that every time I order a soup -- whatever soup it is -- I submit my order and immediately get a phone call saying they're out and they ask if it's okay to swap with their still available -- and least desirable -- soup. Look I get it, they want to clear inventory to maximize profits, so they screw over some customers in the process. But that's not how you run a business, because over time customer loyalty fades and people like me switch to a competitor who won't constantly ding me. I'm going to give this restaurant one more chance after tonight, and if they screw it up again that will be the last time.
