Sariku

The restaurant consistently says it will take 15-25 minutes to deliver and every time it is closer to 1 HOUR! The food is also starting to become very low quality, especially the sushi. I won't be ordering any more from Sariku.

I have waited to write a review until I had placed several orders at Sariku. I have never been disappointed. They make flavorful sushi that is delivered quickly and at a good price. Their special rolls are unique and they follow any instructions you leave. Delivery staff are friendly and courteous. I have been disappointed by many other sushi restaurants on seamless web who's service trails off after the first order; however Sariku has been consistently good.

Sushi was okay, nothing special and a little bland compared to getting the same rolls at other places. Service was awful, even though the place is very close to were I am located, the delivery was 30 minutes later [on top of 45 minutes they say it will take] and the delivery guy completely disregarded the special instructions I added for the delivery and thus ended up going to the wrong building. Not sure I will be trying them again.

The deliveryman at this place are very funny. It's almost they are imported from a television sitcom. My delivery guy complained that he came all the way from Lexington Avenue and 33rd St. I was tempted to laugh in his face. Dude it is your job to deliver food stop complaining.

Ordered here for the deal and am sorry i did. The Naruto Roll was all wrong- Imitation Crab shouldn't ever be in one of those- and the cucumber was cut too thick and the rolls were about half the size than a normal one. and the Wasabi and Ginger were placed On top of the rolls instead of in a corner- it was a mess- Also- the Avocado salad was small and really sad. I wont order here again.

10 of us ordered dinner from here and we didn't like anything. Lacked flavor, freshness and delivery took 1.5hrs despite their confirmation saying 15-30mins.

Worst service I have yet to encounter on seamless. The restaurant gave me an estimated delivery time of 15-30 minutes. I called after 45 minutes to check up on the status of the order, and was told that they are far. After another 15 minutes, I tried calling the restaurant again and they hung up on me both times. I tried calling with a different phone immediately afterwards and they finally answered and told me that the delivery man was there but I never answered my phone and that they called and left a voice mail. I was sitting in front of my phone the entire time with perfectly good reception and there were no miscalls or voice mails. Last time when I ordered from here the delivery man lied and claimed that he was already downstairs, only to show up 20 minutes later. When asked where he was he told me he was lost and that he couldn't find 30 Rockefeller Plaza even after asking cops. Sure there are delays and mishaps here and there via seamless deliveries but I have yet to encounter a seamless business with such complete lack of integrity and regard for their customers.

The Delivery man yelled at me about the amount of the tip - I had written in the instructions that I will give more tip in cash - in addition. The man - without letting me say anything - started to demand more tip and (he didn't understand English) after I told him to wait while I get my wallet - but he left. On top of that the Udon soup was miserable! Not good at all, no flavor. Will not order from them ever again. the delivery man did arrive within the 45 mins. Sorry. I usually don't like to write bad reviews, but I will not tolerate this kind of unnecessary behaviour.

Delivery is horrible. Said 15-30 mins and it has been an hour. The whole reason I ordered from here is the fast delivery estimate. I am not kidding when I say the food is inedible. The fried food was cold and soaked through with oil. The chicken with cashews - I do not think it was chicken meat. They deep fried cubes of some sort of fatty meat. Chicken does not come in small cubes. Absolute disgusting waste of time and money.
