It took more than 1 and a half hrs for my food to arrive! Dont order from this restaurant!!

I ordered for a large group (10+). The food arrived in 45 minutes. All of the dishes were still hot and everything was delicious. Every pasta dish was so good. We especially liked the carbonara, bolognese and Mezze Maniche. They also included great bread and real parmesean cheese. The price came well under what I usually pay for large groups for local Thai or Indian. This is now my go-to Italian restaurant for Midtown.

Noticed a lot of "slow delivery" comments so I was hesitant to try this place -- but my order arrived in a very timely manner. (Placed my order around 6pm on a Sunday, and I live near Port Authority so it wasn't very far from the restaurant.) My apartment building's door buzzer has been busted for years and I always place a note in my orders to CALL ME when they arrive -- which SO many delivery guys fail to read -- but this guy got it right. Food was great, hot. Plenty of good bread added. Fried calamari was excellent.

I just ordered from this place for the first time. I ordered the Ravioli di Zucca and it was so delicious I was practically moaning while eating it. Fast friendly delivery too. I'll definitely be ordering from this restaurant again.

I've eaten at many of the italian restaurants on seamless and Scarlatto was definitely at the bottom. Go for Roberto Passon or Maria Pia if you're looking for good Italian.

Tried the Rigatoni alla Bolognese which was pretty good but not extraordinary. The portion was decent, far from small, but I've also had bigger for less money. I also would've expected more meat. Delivery was fast, though.

Food came in less than 20 minutes (and I live like 10 mins away too)!! Amazing! Large portions and the Gnocchi tastes awesome! Will definitely order here again.

Delivery was fast - got a confirmation at 8:09pm and a call from the delivery guy at 8:32. The delivery guy pre-called before he got there but he arrived within 3 minutes of me getting to the lobby so it wasn't a lot of waiting, I'm ok with that! The pasta arrived hot - I ordered the rigatoni alla carbonara, which was good; good portion, lots of bacon! If they could make any improvements I would say to add a little more sauce because the pasta absorbed some of it during transport. Two slices of bread accompanied my order as well, great to soak up the extra sauce! This is definitely a place that I'd look forward to ordering from again!

Terrible service, not at all within the delivery time provided (according to the manager 'becuase it's just a marketing tool'). Food so-so. Over all, there are way better Italian places in the city to order from - food and serice-wise.
