Very good QUALITY food. Excellent packaging and fresh! The food arrives still warm not like most places in NYC. Nice fulling lunch you wont be hungry again later on in the day!

Missed the side of rings and ordered burger well done-its bleeding. Quality is not the same as when the first opened. 2nd time in a row the order is messed up.

Schnippers' tacos, sandwiches, fries, shakes and the Mac & Joe are all consistently delicious ... when the food arrives. I have no problem with the stuff coming out of the kitchen. I have a big problem with the restaurant's delivery and pickup services. The last two orders I've placed for pickup have had problems. The first: I showed up at the end of the appointed window, and the food still wasn't ready; so I waited an additional 10 minutes at the restaurant. (This negates any advantage to placing orders online ahead of time.) The second: I waited until the end of the "ready" window again; this time, there were problems with the food. The tacos and fries were cold and soggy, as if they'd been sitting out for a while. And I'd ordered a diet Coke but discovered when I got back to my desk that it was a regular Coke. That's not the kind of service or quality I expect from a lunch that costs $16+.

I've ordered their Sante Fe salad at least 20 times and this last order was gross. There was no cheese, there was no bread, the lettuce was weird, the vegetables weren't fresh and the dressing exploded in the container... to sum it up yuck. It ended up going to the trash, clearly they need a little quality control in their kitchen.

If you're starving, feening for a burger and want super fast delivery, Schnippers is the pick! Schnippers Classic burger is to die for and their fries and onion rings are just as delicious.

Schnippers is so tasty and quick! Their foods are fresh (same guys from Hale & Hearty Soup), and always more flavorful than you expect. I've liked everything I tried on the menu! They've only gotten better since they opened. One of my favorite spots in this hood, and the best of the burgers in the area.

Pretty good...would possibly order from again. Ordered a burger med-well & it came in pretty rare, center / 75% of burger was extremely rare, would not eat. However, the taste of the rim was pretty good & they used a quality tomato / lettuce (very important to me!). If I order from again, will def order it well done (& maybe get a medium burger out of it!). The onion rings were possibly the BEST onion rings I have ever had!!!!! Luckily they are very filling, since I only ate a fraction of the burger. Fries were tasy, but a little disappointing - tastes like McDonald's fries.

Schnippers is amazing!!! It's my go-to place & the only one with any consistency. I can also say that the take out is as good as if you would be eating there. Delivery is fast & they never mess up an order. THANK YOU SCHNIPPERS!!!

I think Schnippers is great. Only complaint is that dressing should come on the side as default.

Not so much a review of the food, the food is awesome. This is about their "Delivery Amenity" option... while a novel idea, they don't really pay attention to it. I requested mayo and relish packets, and got neither one but instead they put 20 (not kidding) ketchup packets in the bag for two food items (and I didn't order fries.)
