Schnitzel Express Glatt Kosher

1st time ordered: Food came quickly, within 15 minutes. It was incredible, one of the best Philly Cheesesteaks I've ever had, so juicy and made on a grill as opposed to a half dozen bad ones I've had in Philadelphia. The kicker, my coleslaw, was out of this world. 2nd time ordered: I got the namesake, the Schnitzel. It was amazing and well priced. I just bought four vouchers ($5 each for $10 for food) and can't wait to use it throughout the early summer.

Quality of food is OK, slow delivery. Their Spanish schnitzel is my favorite. I love their dressings. Their all day special for $15 is worth the try. Rude and arrogant manager.

The Philly Steak is a top notch choice - it is filling and tastes great. While it is the main choice of food I get, judging by how good the Philly Steak is, I would recommend Schnitzel Express products in general. Hope this helps!!!

Absolutely excellent customer service. Effie, the owner, personally serviced my order to perfection. He even called me to follow up. His food is awesome whether it's sit in or take out. (Some restaurants minimize the portions on take out, Schnitzel Express does *not*). Fabulous, hot, on time. Super organized.

WOW! the food was amazing! really great...! i ordered a teriyaki grilled chicken sandwich with garlic mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles on a whole wheat baguette. The bread was so fresh and yummy, the chicken was very fresh and great. ** this coming from the most pickiest eater when it comes to everything, especially chicken!** MY WHOLE OFFICE, KOSHER AND NOT KOSHER ORDERS FROM HERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK! we love it! we are not that close to the store but they deliver really quickly! best part is the food came in about 20 minutes during the rush of lunch hour and im about 20 streets away..... i will definitely recommend and order again!

My schnitzel (the Israeli one - plain and simple) came really burned. It tastes good but I bet it'd taste a lot better if they had given me a better piece. Disapointment.

If I was only reviewing the food itself, I'd say this place is great. It's clear that they are making a direct attempt at imitating the popular Schnitzi in Brooklyn. However, the service here needs major improvement. When visiting the restaurant on a weekday evening, it will take about 10 minutes for a single sandwich. It isn't exactly "express". The reason it takes so long is because the employees are on their cell phones or just not paying attention to the customers. And, after such a long wait, the sandwich is sometimes cold. Additionally, about half of the time, they will neglect to put dressing on the sandwich. This is very frustrating if you are getting a delivery or take out and don't notice until you are about to eat it. Overall, this place has potential because the food is great but they really need to work on it.
