Don't do if you wish to eat lunch when you plan to eat lunch. I ignored the prior reviews about horrible delivery response and ordered a single sandwich at just after 12. Figured if I was on the earlier side, I could get ahead of the issues when it gets busy. Was quoted the time of 20-35, 2 hours later and 2 phone calls it arrived. Food was fine, but unless its incredibly amazing, who cares if it tastes decent if it doesn't arrive when you need it to.

We order as a group order. My order was $16. They gave me the thing that cost $4 (pork bun) and left out the sandwich that cost $9 (bahn mi). When I called the number to ask about my snadwich, they claimed they triple checked the order and that someone in my company took the sandwich. I checked, no one had it. They just made $11 with tip and tax without giving me any food. They refused to do anything about it. They claim there are a lot of missing orders from my company so we must be stealing the food. I think it's the other way around. Beware of this scam.

Worse EVER! They failed to deliver 5 lucnhes and then tried to blame it on seemless. When called on it they said oh wait, we just didnt print them all. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I had very high hopes ordering from here and was very excited about eating some delicious food so I'm extremely disappointed by my experience with them today. I ordered on Seamless at 1:36PM because on Seamless it said that Seoul Food Truck was open til 1:45PM, I thought that was totally fine. I also got an email confirmation from Seamless. 30 minutes later, I got a call from the restaurant saying my order didn't go through. 30 MINUTES. So I spent 30 min thinking my food was on my way. The employee told me they were sorry and that they would refund my money (which, YEAH of course you're going to refund the money that's kind of a given...or so you'd think, because as of now I haven't gotten any cancellation notices from Seamless and it's been over an hour.). I asked to speak with the manager, and I was told I should receive a call within 5 minutes. Another 30 min later, STILL NO CALL. So I call them again and I'm put on hold, and finally the manager is on the line. He was very defensive, and told me that they were doing everything they could, and that they had cancelled the order as soon as they realized the error (NOTE: It's been over an hour still no cancellation on my account). I understand mistakes happen, I generally prefer reviews about the food, but I was so disappointed by the way they handled this that I felt inspired to write this review. Mistakes happen, and it's the way you handle them that counts, and I can say that in this instance, they were not handled well. 1. Not the customer's fault that you have incorrect information on your Seamless page. 2. Informing someone that their food isn't coming 30 min after the confirmation email is well, not great. 3. 5 min does not equal 30 min. And that indicates serious lack of communication between you and your employee. 4. Oh an hour and a half later, still no cancellation/refund. 5. And you're upset that I'm frustrated? Will amend review if & only when problem is dealt with.
