Serafina at the Time Hotel

Great food IF they get the order right, and they generally do not. Still waiting to be refunded for a month.

Food great. Delivery: AWEFUL. Ordered a pizza and restaurant is 1 block away. Gave a $3 tip to delivery man and he said: "Is that all! I need a larger tip". I was outraged and called the manager. Manager's response: "Well they make their living from tips"!!!! How rude! Never ordering from here again!

Excellent thin crust pizza, and a wide array of decent pastas make this a reliable choice. Delivery tends to be painfully slow, especially during peak hours. Still, it's a regular choice for me and my wife when we want simple, light Italian.

I am very disappointed with my order. I ordered a salad with EXTRA dressing. I received dressing, but not the EXTRA DRESSING that I requested. I will not order from Serafina again!

Awful! Pizza arrived stone cold. No hint of basil on the tomato, mozzeralla, basil pizza. And the salad with arugula and cherry tomatoes has exactly one half of one cherry tomato. Pathetic.

The food is excellent but they take FOREVER to deliver it. I've had to call more than once to ask where my order was. If you have plenty of time and are in no rush to eat...I recommend the restaurant. If you're looking to get your food quick and don't want to wait more than an hour or more for delivery...move on to another restaurant. If you want a 6pm dinner...order at 4:30 to assure it arrives on time.
