This is a restaurant that we order from often now that we've discovered it. I've read other reviews and think they are not accurate. The food is very very good here and while it does take a little while to come, it's because they cook it fresh and very well. Love their Octupus salad, shepard's salad, lamb everything, gyros, anything with yogurt. The manti is great. Rice pudding wonderful. I have spent a lot of time in Turkey and to have such a good Turkish restaurant that is not overly expensive -- in the neighborhood -- s terrific. A somewhat undiscovered gem.

Delicious authentic Turkish food. A bit pricey versus other dining options but it's cheaper than a trip to Istanbul.

Best Turkish food on the UWS, and perhaps Manhattan. Hummus with pastrami appetizer is out of this world; Adana and Hunkar Begendi are to die for. Have not tried the desserts yet. I do have to agree with the comments on the kinks they have on deliveries. I have always had a pleasant experience dining in but they do need to work on their delivery process.

Amazing Turkish/Middle Eastern Cuisine!!!! Highly recommended, especially the baklava and calamari. For something different try the grilled calamari as opposed to the breaded and fried. I have ordered many different choices from the menu and have been satisfied with all of them. Never a let down with this place! Prices are middle of the road, and definately worth it. GREAT FOOD!

Do not believe delivery time. They do not know how to change it from 20-35 min. Order actually takes over 90 minutes during the evening.

The food that we got was good, but they only sent half of the order correctly. We called them, and were promised that the correct food would be sent out; it never arrived.

I requested for the food to be delivered at 6:30pm (as a specific time of delivery is an option available on seamless web) but the food came at 5:15pm instead! Unreliable service.

Rude staff and long delivery time (way more than what was signalled) Do not order from them.

Took over an hour to have our food delivered and they still didn't get the order right. Missing one dish, which they did bring after calling them to alert them to their error, but with so many options out there (and since the food wasn't that great) we will not be going back here any time soon.

Excellent food, great restaurant. DON"T ORDER DELIVERY. Whatever time they say it will be delivered, add at least 45 minutes. (Delivery usually arrives with cold food ! ). I called to see if the order was on the way - and was asked many times, what did you order ?? .. Love the restaurant - Disappointed in the Delivery !

We order from this restaurant frequently. We always find the food to be very fresh and with good flavor and quality. The chicken kabobs come with several large chunks of chicken. We also like the kofte kabobs of ground seasoned lamb. The rice served under these dishes is flavored by the juices, but they also offer a nice pilaf. We LOVE the Lebni, which is a creamy cheese spread with garlic and walnuts in it. That comes with a large piece of excellent homemade turkish-style yeast bread. I always order the shepherd's salad (no lettuce) and blend the leftovers the next day to make gazpacho. The eggplant salad is also good, more like a dip or spread, and a little spicy. We live only a half-block away, but orders are usually delivered in about 20 minutes. Definitely our favorite delivery food on the Upper West Side.

The zucchini pancakes were yummy and the dipping sauce was very good. The chicken kebabs we ordered tasted very good, but we only received 7 small pieces of meat (i.e. not even one breast of chicken) and didn't get any tomatoes (though they are listed as coming with the order). Instead they filled the container with rice! For the price of $14.25, they should have given us more meat.
