Shawarma Mediterranean Grill Restaurant

The chicken shawarma sandwich is absolutely amazing. I ordered hummus too, just to make sure I had enough to eat, and it was not necessary. The sandwich is huge, and full of pickles, lettuce, and chicken. I definitely recommend it. The people that work there are also really nice. I ordered in advance and they accidentally brought it early, but when I explained to them why I wasn't home they brought it back at the right time. I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

Great food! Fast and Authentic! This is our "go to" neighborhood delivery or pick up spot. We love the chicken shawarma but have ordered falafel, labneh, salads and they are all fresh, authentic and made by the owner. We will be ordering again very soon!

So here's the thing... I ordered the chicken shawarma platter and the delivery was faster than I expected... about 30 min, and the delivery guy was nice an polite. When I opened my bag I noticed that half of the box was completely crushed and food was spilling out. Then when I opened the box EVERYTHING was mixed together: hummus, salad, rice, chicken, etc all in one huge mass of food. Then I also noticed that I'd ordered a Coke and it was missing. So I called in and spoke to a nice gentleman who sent me a WHOLE new order for free. Delivery came in ~30min again, and everything was separated into different containers except the rice and the chicken. The food was pretty good too, chicken wasn't too dry, had good flavor, hummus was pretty on point and I liked the pita, too. I'll order again, but i might specify to have the hummus and salad in separate containers like they came the second time.

We love the Shawarma Mediterranean Grill. It's a great local spot for takeout. The chicken shawarma platter is a favorite, as well as the Greek Salad and babaganoush - great food and reasonable prices. They are also very nice and accommodating. We order from there once/week and are never disappointed.

I really wanted to like this place. I ordered at 6pm and waited an hour before calling to see where my food was. I was told it was on it's way and that it would be 10 more mins. I waited 45 more mins and called again. I was told the delivery man just left and he would be there in 15 mins. I tried to cancel the order, but the man who answered just kept saying, "It's on its way." 9:30pm comes around and I get a phone call from the delivery man who says he can't find my house. I asked him where he was and he says, "I don't know." I told him to forget about it and made myself some eggs. Hopefully they'll get themselves together. I would love a reliable mediterranean take out place nearby.

NEVER AGAIN. I just ordered from Shawarma and 90 minutes later after a dozen attempts to call with no answer, the delivery guy calls me and says "I am outside." He was NOT outside. I called him back and asked where he was: "I don't know". Still no food. AWFUL INCOMPETENCE. Wasted my Sunday evening waiting for NOTHING.

Food arrived hot. I had the lamb shawarma plate and it was pretty good. Got a lot of extras like pita bread and sauces. I would definitely order from here again.

Took over an hour, food was luke warm. When I called to say the food was late I was told " It's OK" repeatedly, well it's not. Will not order from them again.

so gross! terrible quality. lamb was dry. baba ghanoush was bland. side salad was a joke--shredded romaine w/ olive oil. i will not be ordering here from again. you've been warned!

I've ordered from here a dozen times, and it's been gradually getting worse. My chicken shwarma was dry, the wrap was a bit stale. The only thing worse how dry and flavorless the Falafel was, I couldn't believe how bad it was. I will give them another try bc I've had great food from them before. Everyone gets another chance.

Horrible service and longer than confirmed wait time. Ordered 2 items for lunch - a felafel platter and a chicken sandwich and still haven't received my food. It's been over an hour. Called to inquire at 50 minutes and I was informed that I'd be getting a call back after they spoke with the delivery person. Never got a call back. Called again at an hour, appx. 10 times, because each time it would ring and go to a voicemail that has not been set up yet or a busy signal. Finally get through and they say their delivery guy is lost and it will be another 5-10 minutes. Still haven't received my food after wrong this long review. We took a chance ordering from them, they FAILED miserably. Do not order from these people.

At this point, I don't even care how the food tastes. Or rather, how food is going to taste. I ordered 90 minutes ago and it's still not here. Nothing I ordered is even hot or has to be cooked. I wish I could take back the tip I already gave.
