Shen Zhou

Shen Zhou is exactly what I want when I want it. Of course, usually what I want is sesame chicken, doused in that sauce. The delivery is pretty much always 45 min after I place my order.

Chinese is fine from here but sushi was not the best, rice was soggy and sweet? Delivery was good, no longer than anyone else in the area and delivery guy was nice.

I have ordered from here a few times and, without exception, they have messed up my order -- food is wrong, drinks are missing, etc. The worst part is that they refuse to make things right; when I call and explain the problem I get hung up on. Avoid.

This was honestly disgusting. We placed a sushi order that said it would take 30-45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes passed, we called and they said it was on the way. It showed up 20 minutes later and was disgustingly room temperature, had an off taste like it had been sitting in some delivery guy's car for the last hour, and we threw it out after taking a couple of bites. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

These guys delivered my food almost 2 hours late one night. I called after around an hour, and they told me they lost the order. They were nice and apologetic and said they'd send it right out. An hour later it still wasn't there. I called again and was very frustrated (of course). They said they'd send it right out and they'd "comp" me or something to that effect. There was definitely a language barrier, but of course I thought that meant either my food was free or I'd get some sort of coupon. Their idea of making up for this was to give me a free soda. A 50 cent item for a 2 hour wait?? Really?? The worst part is that when I called back to complain and ask for my money back they told me to call Seamless!!! Give me a break. Worst customer service ever. And also there rolls are okay but very small. I don't know why they have so many stars. It's as though people who have never eaten sushi are rating them b/c their rolls are also nothing interesting/special aside from being small.

Best Chinese in Bushwick, and they give you a TON of food. Seriously. 10$ will buy you three full meals at this joint. Order the sweet and sour chicken!

The time estimate for the delivery was 30-45 minutes. the food that we ordered (two bento boxes) arrived after 80 minutes and was definitely below average. Maybe the Chinese items on the menu are better, but I doubt it.

Bomb. Green beans in this sweet brown sauce are delicious. Sweet and Sour Pork comes with sauce on the side so it stays hella crispy. The orange chicken special is amazing. Curry chicken is pretty good too! The pint size versus the larger size is a BIG different. One pint size order really isnt enough for one person. Dont get the pan-fried wontons... they are kind weird.

The food was good - met my expectations. Extensive menu choices. The salmon teriyaki box was a good portion size, everything was the right temperature, very tasty. The salad was a bit meh, but that wasn't unexpected - the dressing was good, better than a lot of other places. Delivery was very fast.
