Shiso Chinese and Japanese Cuisine

No lie, that was the worst Chinese food of my life. Delivery time doubles once you get the email, greasy, fried and inedible "food" arrives after long wait. Lemon chicken is a DONT- "most popular fried banana" is foul and the potstickers are surely frozen. No. No. No. No.

They have been 30-45 mins later than their latest estimate every time.. The food is mediocre to start, but when it arrives ice cold, it's kinda nasty. I gave them a few tries because I like being able to order Chinese and Japanese together, but I won't be calling Shiso again.

This is my go-to place to order Chinese food delivery, and I also like their sushi. Some of my favorite dishes are the cold sesame noodles, the kung pao meatless chicken, and the string beans. Can't beat the price of the sushi, and while I mainly focus on the veggie sushi, I've had no problems with the salmon rolls and tempura shrimp. I'm sure I've ordered from them over 100 times and they've been very consistently good.

The wait for the food was about an hour and a half. I got the Alaskan Roll, which was decent, and a Spicy Tuna roll, which smelled and tasted of old fish and was thrown out. Will not be ordering again.

My wife and I enjoyed our food (Orange Chicken and General Tso's), and the Crap Puffs were some of the better we've had here in SF. Delivery was quick, food was hot when it showed up. Can't really complain.

The food was alright, nothing different than any other Chinese takeout on Seamless. Took about an hour for delivery for two meals... I ordered two sodas and DID NOT receive my sodas. My order was small, just one bag of food so no excuses for forgetting to bring the drinks. :(

The food here is constantly great. Normally my partner and I don't go for takeout sushi, but they do a great job that this must be our 25th order.

Food is decent, but I had to argue with the delivery person to get him to come up to my apartment. I had to ask several times before he agreed to bring the food up. We have an elevator so the effort to come up was minimal. I wouldn't need delivery if I wanted to get dressed and come down to the street to get my food.

They have good food, but today is the second time they've been late. Last time they never even showed and I had to cancel the order. They still aren't here and its been an hour. Last time it was 2 hours before I just canceled it. Shame, cause I like their food.
