Silver Spurs

I love Silver Spurs. Delivery is always quick and within promised window. Food is great for diner food and they make the best fries. Their fries even when delivered are always crunchy and have a great crunch coating too. Their shakes could be better, but overall even those are good especially their malted shakes. Highly recommend their quesadillas also as we'll as their chicken fingers. Great turkey burgers also. Just really good American diner food.

First off it took them over 70 minutes to show up, even though I live very close by to their Houston restaurant. My burger and fries arrived soggy and cold and its not even raining out. Then on top of it, they forgot my drink and then refused to give me credit. When I asked if they could just send someone back with my drink, they said "uh ..okay" and never showed up. Horrible delivery, disgusting food. There are much better burger places in the city, it was my bad for thinking Silver Spurs would be good

Aah Silver spurs. Never quite got the concept of this place, and alway felt it was a bit expensive for what it was. Still good food, made well.

I tried Silver Spurs because there was a discount for it and I really felt like Chicken Noodle Soup. I don't think they have the best version of it, but they also do not make the worst. I don't think I'd order it again just because I'm picky about my soup. I also ordered a Salada Georgie, which was really good. Among other things, I've also tried: * Mac n` Cheese (not very good but not bad) * House-Made Slaw * Grilled Cheeze Sandwich (very basic version) * Cajun-Style Frenchies (standard) * Mozzarella Stix (very yummy) I only give 3 stars because I decided after sampling the food that their food tasted very average on the whole.

A+ for customer service! There was some issue with my order (a side I'd selected wasn't available or something) and I got a lightning fast call from some friendly dude at Silver Spurs asking what I'd like to substitute. Order was there w/in 10 min. Food itself was pretty darn good (don't know how high your expectations can really be for a cheese quesadilla, but I was pleased!) Will definitely order again :-)

The Sage Hen wrap is a go-to favorite. Add bacon to it for an extra kick. Silver Spurs' fries are a MUST and delivery is very quick.

Worst delivery service ever! Confirmation email said it would be 10-25 min but after 1 hr still no delivery. I called seamless customer service rep for assistance and she called Silver Spurs on my behalf but they hung up on her repeatedly. Great management training, huh?

I'm writing a second review to sum up my experiences so far with Silver Spurs. Delivery is timely. The burgers are enormous. The fries are great. The pickle was just fine. I've had the Ranchero and the Appaloosa. Both were ridiculously good.

The food was awful. My french toast was freezing cold, my coffee had cream and sugar (when I ordered Black), and the bacon was limp and soaking in grease. I will never make the same mistake ordering from Silver Spurs again...

silver spurs burger is just meat and bread. no lettuce, no tomatoes, no condiments, no onions. ground beef had no spices in it at all. meat is utility grade and bread is cheap. never order this burger. ever.

The silver surfer burger was basically a whole cow in a bun. Dry and un-exciting. The meat patty was stupidly big. I was also suprised you had to pay extra for cheese, lettuce and all the other ingredients that make a burger....a burger. Won't be returning.

Foodies beware...food arrived an hour late. Called twice, no apology in fact very rude staff. I'm sure they get sick of people calling an telling them their food is late..not sure how these delivery times are posted but def needs to be changed. .Mac and cheese might be the worst I've had. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here, begrudgingly giving them 1 star since I can't give them zero. Boo!

Delivery estimate was 10-25 min and an hour later still no food. I called to ask about the status and the person who answered condescendingly called me "sweetie" like 5 times, as in "it's on it's way sweetie" - needless to say I will not order from here again even if the food is to die for
