Six Happiness UES

After a long days work, Chinese take-out is the perfect way to treat myself. From my phone I will place my usual order for my boyfriend and myself, before hoping on the subway home. Their Chicken and Broccoli, is my favorite. Upon walking in my door, 15 minutes later, the delivery man is just steps behind me. Six Happiness UES is quick, delicious, reliable, and my favorite Chinese take-out on the Upper East Side. Seemless Web makes it easy for me to get whatever food I am craving, quickly and efficiently. I love six happiness. I used to order from them near 39th street and now i order from the one on the upper east side. They are extremely fast, the food is great, and the prices are reasonable.

We ordered the boneless ribs, steamed dumplings and Lo-mein. It was really good, not greasy and not expensive. We feel foolish for not having found this place sooner... Finally, good Chinese on the UES.

One of the better Chinese take-out places on the UES. Consistent and fast delivery. Generally get General Tso's or Sesame Beef/Chicken or beef w/ string beans. Wonton soup is good, egg rolls are OK, Wontons in spicy oil were interesting but a little greasy. Dumplings are good but don't particularly like their special soy sauce ($1 extra).

6 happiness is our go-to chinese place. The delivery is fast and the food is really tasty. I particularly like the steamed platter because I can order out and still eat healthy. My kids (super picky) also love their food.

Singapore Mei Fun not the best, and sechuan dumplings were a bit overcooked. Not a bad place for chinese, however there are better choices in the UES neighborhood.

I think this is some of the best Chinese food on the UES. I like that their dishes typically have a lot of vegetables and less meat. Their delivery is prompt.

This is definitely the best Chinese take out I have eaten. Food is fresh and high quality, not greasy, and comes hot and well packaged and relatively quickly. I have ordered from the 2nd ave location as well, both have consistently good food and overall a good experience. Dumplings are my way to judge a Chinese place since they take much more labor than other dishes - and these ones are great.

This has become my go to Chinese in my neighborhood! I even started timing them in the beginning because I couldn't believe how fast they were - best time 12 minutes from hanging up the phone to ringing my bell & I'm 10 blocks away! It's standard, tasty Chinese take out but not greasy. OK, once in 7 years I have a greasy egg roll & scallion pancakes, well if you order scallion pancakes you are looking for grease, right? Love their garlic chicken; lemon chicken and recently discovered their dumplings! Not a good discovery for the waist line but if you're ordering Chinese it's usually on an off night. I have also come to learn fried rice is a very personal preference: I love their fried rice because it is yellow, not brown drowned in Soy Sauce. This is how I like my fried rice, my theory being you can always add soy sauce, so just an FYI theirs is yellow & fluffy. Consistent tasty fare!

Food is decent, standard fare Chinese at a reasonable price. Won't knock your socks off but I have yet to be disappointed. Delivery time is usually quick and I've never had an issue with my order.
