My favorite pizza, but lost my business now that they do not sell by the slice. Please bring that back

Ordered 3 slices, got 2 instead. When i called, they were annoyed with me and finally agreed to send somebody over -- and then they never came.

The food took 75 minutes to arrive when the estimated delivery time was stated to be 15-30 minutes. The pizza itself was fine.

They're a little pricey, yeah.. but the Margherita pizza is really one of my favorites. I don't feel the usual post-pizza "bleh" I normally do. This pizza is FRESH. Best way to describe the margherita. I love it. I can't speak for anything else on the menu.

ordered a pizza tonight, called 1hr 20min later and they said they did not have my order. after looking closer, they had it, just never made the pizza. not that sweet since i was really hungry and late for an event since i was waiting on dinner so i cancelled.

Took 50 minutes to get here when the delivery time said 15-30 minutes. They didn't even include utensils and napkins. When I called to ask if they could send them over the guy goes "You don't have that stuff at your home?" Seriously? First why would you assume I'm at my apartment? Second, the instructions for every seamless order says to include utensils and napkins. Third, if I'm calling asking for something that you were supposed to give me, don't give me attitude when I ask for it. Anyway, the guy on the phone tells me the delivery guy is too far away at this point to go back and it would be a while to get it. Then he suggests that I walk over to their sister location on Macdougal which is closer to me than their location to get a fork. So here I am, sitting with my eggplant ziti writing my review in utter frustration. Edit: Found two knives to use as chopsticks to eat... turns out the food is horrible too. tl;dr? Delivery takes long, horrible service. Bad food. Do not order here.

Pretty much the worst delivery experience- forgot order, was out of an item that was $5 and offered one soda (which isn't $5). Hours later I was left with half order, ok pizza and high price. So many better pizza places.

Great thin crust pizza! Usually very fast delivery, though sometimes it's delivered so hot that the cheese slides around on top of the pie.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever ordered from. After 2 hours of promising me that my order was on it's way, the pizza never arrived. With all the options in the city, these fools should not be in business!!!!!!!

Awful! They forgot part of my order, and the pizza arrived with cold, congealed cheese as if it had been sitting out. Terrible.

The pizza is fine but on my order with seamless web I add the words "please bring extra knives and forks". There were none. There were also no plates or napkins. I am pissed.

Ordered a large margherita pizza- it was very good but it was so thin that it sort of felt like we were eating a cracker. Garlic knots were stale. Delivery was prompt. Pizza was partially moved around from the delivery but not a big deal. I would order again and give them a second try. This time around, I will just ask for them to make the pie slightly thicker.

Didn't include entire order. Would not recommend - plenty of other pizza joints in the City that make good pizza and that can properly fill an order.
