I have ordered many times and delivery has always been prompt and as ordered. The food is delicious. Love the shrimp cocktail and the crab cocktail. Creamed spinach, huge baked potato lamb chops. Dessert great as well coconut cake, fresh berries..everything. I just wish they offered the prime rib for delivery. I am very happy they are part of seamless.

Ordered twice via Seamless.com and both times the order was messed up. Think twice (or thress times) before ordering online from them. Expanded review: Estimated delivery time showed at 60 to 75 minutes. Called after 60 minutes and restaurant first claimed a) they did not have the order from us b) their delivery person went to our doorman building and we were "closed". Said they would re-create the meal and deliver in 15 minutes. When asked to verify the order they didn't seem to have it in front of them as they read the contents of the order incorrectly. Called back and asked to speak to a manager. Bottom line...delivered 20 minutes later....approx 90 minutes after ordering. They gave us a free slice of cake. Message for Smith & Wollensky management: why offer online ordering or carryout if you don't have your act together???

Horrible service through Seamless. Add at least an hour to whatever wait time they show. The food just isn't worth it. I've had to wait for up to two hours on a simple order.
