$14 for 3 little tiny meatballs?? Unbelievable. They are called, "Snack" because you won't get even close to full off of one of their so-called, "platters". (Well, perhaps if you weigh 90 lbs and ate ALL of the free bread). I won't be ordering again

Wow, has this place changed. Used to be one of my favorites. My husband and I used to order here 2 to 3 times per week. However, the service is not the same nor is the food. I ordered a Mediterranean cob salad and when the salad the arrived it looked nothing like I was used to. I called to see what was going on. The guy on the phone said, oh, that's how we are making them now. The owner changed it. I said the description on seamless was still the old description, he gave me a flippant “sorry” (almost like deal with it) attitude. I suggested that, if they make drastic changes to the menu, they should make sure to reflect them online. Between the sudden change and the attitude, I think we'll take a break from Snack. There are plenty of other great places in the WV.

Would not order again. Order took way longer than 75 minutes and then when I called to check in on it, the woman who answered was extremely rude. Food-wise the greek salad with chicken was fine, nothing extraordinary enough to compensate for bad service

I order from here twice / week. The lamb boureki is superb. The best meat pastry / pie in the entire city in my view. Some of the lunch appetizers and salads are very tasty, although pricey for what you get. Quality is much better than other places, though, so I grin and bear it. They're getting better on the delivery times. Used to be 30 minutes late all the time. Recently has been exactly within the window in the confirmation email. I appreciate the improvement.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this restaurant. I placed an order at 9pm on sunday night. Got a delivery confirmation email with 20mins expected time. The delivery guy showed up 1hour plus later with a WRONG order which I immediately sent back. Given the late time I was forced to order somewhere else. PS my review is just for the service as unfortunately I cannot review the food as I never got to taste it.

Do not trust delivery time estimate. Took over 1.5 hours when the restaurant quoted 25-40 minutes. Thursday night at 8pm. No call to let me know it would be delayed. Had to call three times. Not apologetic when I called - just said they were very busy. Would never order from again nor go to the restaurant. I NEVER write reviews, this was special.

The food was delicious but know before ordering that the portions are very small, especially considering how pricey this place is. The 'Oven Roasted Leg of Lamb - Large' was four small pieces of lamb over some greens and beets. Not a filling enough entree for one person.

Delivery at lunch time was pretty fast and the food was really good. I'd never had avgolemono soup before and I loved it--definitely only get it if you like lemon, though. The skordalia was also great but EXTREMELY garlicky (don't know if it was just this batch or if it's always like this). Kind of felt like I was eating raw mashed garlic, which I kind of enjoyed but many others might not.

The large Greek salad is outrageously priced. I called to make sure they hadn't sent me a small by accident. A slice of Feta, some cucumbers, some tomatoes, some olives. $14. Honestly, I feel robbed. Won't order from here again.
