Snap & Fettucine

TERRIBLE!!! do NOT order from here. Estimated delivery time was 30-45 minutes. After an hour, I called the restaurant and was told would be delivered any moment. 20 minutes later it finally arrived. HOWEVER, the order was wrong. I called again and was told they'd send it out right away. 20 minutes later I called and he tells me he doesn't have a driver to deliver the food. He offered me 10% off next time I order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Basically, it has been OVER 2 hours and I do NOT have the food I ordered. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. Food they did deliver was mediocre at best.

I would not order from here again. The delivery took 90 minutes, although it was supposed to arrive within 30 to 45 minutes. Pasta was supposed to be baked, but it was merely pasta with very little sauce (and no cheese!). Of course, it was cold when it arrived.

Honestly the worst food I have ordered in DC thus far after two years. Unless you like wasting your money, there are 100 better places to order from. The pasta was mushy, the sauce was watery, and to top it off, my order came with the wrong ingredients than it was supposed to. NOT HAPPY.

I really like the crepes and bubble tea and am a frequent orderer. Only the fact that I really like the food keeps me coming back though, because the delivery service is problematic. I'd say at least 3/5 times the delivery driver doesn't actually make it into the building and generally I have to come out into the street to get the food.

Ordered the Chicken Parmesan and it arrived with no pasta, so I called and was told (after they consulted with someone) that the "Chicken Parmesan" only comes with a small salad and bread. Ironic, since the dish is listed under "Home Baked PASTA Specialty." WTF? A special added insult to injury was that the chicken was 5 chicken tenders. I've had worse (and worse tasting), which is the only reason I didn't rate this 1-star.

The food is OK, but the service is spotty. It took over an hour and a half to get my order! They didn't even call me to let me know that the order was going to be delivered outside of their 45 minute delivery period. When it finally did get here, the delivery person left me a rude message that said "Your food's here" and LEFT IT at the door. To top it all off, the food I had ordered that was supposed to be warm was cold. I'm not happy with this place. When I called to place a complaint, their phones were off and their voicemail was off, too. I tried calling at three different times, with the same result.

The fettucine alfredo from Snap & Fettucine was not as good as would be expected of a restaurant. The pasta was well cooked but stuck together, and there wasn't enough sauce; further, the sauce looked like it easily came from a jar, not from a restaurant. While I won't write them off completely, I will definitely be more skeptical of what I order from them.

This place has great food. Unfortunately it seems like they have switched brands on their smoothees and the new ones are much worse. Used to be the best thing they had!
