I had to update for my terrible order last week, June 7: I ordered a wrap at 2:48, plenty of time to eat before I was heading out for the day. My meal did not come until 4:20pm!! Now I've had late meals in the past, but this was excessive. I called at 4 to cancel because it was approaching dinner time, and they were already on their way. When it arrived, I was so hungry the sandwich made me feel disgustingly sick. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from Snap again, which is a huge shame. I really liked their crepes. This was delicious. I had a crepe with asiago and goat cheese, and it completely made my day. They delivered in 45 minutes, and the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the crepe was a little cold. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

This place is AMAZING! My favorite things about this place are 1. Everything you order tastes super fresh. They dont use sauces/dressings & chopping techniques to hide shady ingredients like a lot of chain restaurants. 2. They are verrrrry generous with the toppings - not like chains that make your food with BS portion scoopers. The first time I saw this menu, I thought the Avacado Salad had to be too good to be true. Thankfully it was EXACTLY as I imagined - huuuge chunks of avocado (and plenty of them), warm grilled chicken, and juicy tomatoes slices that actually held their shape (not just fell apart and oozed seeds all over the lettuce). I order pick up and delivery from this place frequently. Delivery is always under an hour - which is more than acceptable to me since I know the food is made to order. I get why some people complain about the ambience inside the restaurant, but honestly the magic that comes out of that kitchen is so incredible I could never complain about "decor". I'm addicted to the the "Snap Choc" - it comes with just the right amount of nutella drizzled all over your freshly cut fruit to satisfy your sweet tooth without making you feel guilty. Maybe the complainers are expecting this place to be more of a sit down style family restaurant...although I don't know why they would. The place is on AdMo's roudy 18th street next to McDonald's & across from Julia's Empenadas...clearly this place is for people who just want yummy, healthy, AMAZING, fast food at an affordable price and don't care about decorative frills. I simply cannot rave enough about this place, so if you weren't sold on my reviews of the salad and chocolate fruit cup, I also hightly recommend the Sicilian Panini, Chicken Avovado Wrap, and the Nutella Banana Brepe. nom nom nom...

I doubt that I will order from this place again, despite the fact that the food was good. The delivery service was terrible. According to the website I live 2.8 miles away from the restaurant and I am within the delivery range. When the driver arrived, he chastised me from only tipping him 18%. He said I should have given him more because it was "too far a drive and rainy." I know it takes longer to get places in DC, but if your restaurant isn't willing to deliver 2.8 miles away in the rain, you should adjust your delivery range. I thought the tip I had given was reasonable and I tried to explain this to him, but instead of listening he started talking about how it doesn't make sense that I live in a nice neighborhood and can't tip more than 18%. At that point I took my entire tip back, took my food, and decided never to order from Snap again.

The food is good, but I can only justify giving 2 stars because of the delivery. I've never encountered such consistently rude drivers. I order from here because they have healthy options, but every time I do, I cringe thinking about having to deal with the delivery service.

Delivery is extremely slow but the creeps were delicious. Luckily they were still warm enough to enjoy.

This place is not only stingy with portions and overpriced, but they consistently take 60-80 minutes to deliver, though the stated delivery window is 30-45 minutes. Food arrives cold and unappetizing.

I've ordered from here several times now, and the deliveries are always prompt and tasty. They even paid special attention to my note that I wanted a chai bubble tea instead of latte. My only complaint is that I wish the spinach in my salad was a little fresher, there were some wilted pieces that I had to pick out.

We're pretty picky and we're giving this 5 stars. We don't live very close and it was warm and within the delivery window. Highly recommend the PB + Nutella Crepe! The savory crepes are good too.

Read all the negative reviews about the food showing up really late but ordered anyway (I wanted some crepes!) just to see for myself. Everything showed up basically right on time. Food wasn't fantastic, but I had no problems with the service that other people seem to be having.

Our food showed up 45 mins. late and cold. No apologies, no explanations and the person at the restaurant hung up on me when I called to ask where the order was.

The only option for crepe delivery where I live, so I guess we're a captive audience. The sweet crepes with gooey fillings - peanut butter, chocolate, Nutella - are sometimes overfilled to the point that it's just a sticky mess. Savory crepes are yummy, but I was disappointed to find that their "bacon" is actually Canadian bacon/ham.

Like everyone says, the service sucks big time. Ended up canceling my order because it was taking so long and they don't answer their phone - it just rings and rings and rings. I obvi should've read the reviews before ordering.... hope you don't make the same mistake that I did!!!!

Just like everybody says, the order was late and cold, so it is hard to judge it in its proper light. Maybe if you showed up in person?

Food is just ok. Service is horrible. My meal came 2 hours after I order, when they advertise an estimated time of 30-45 min. The phone was busy when I tried to call after it was late. When I finally got through, the person I talked to was not helpful and did not follow up.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The food is actually decent, but every time I've tried ordering (which has just been 3 times) it has taken anywhere from 1-2.5 HOURS FOR MY DELIVERY. They never call to apologize, or even to notify, that there will be a delay, and the last time I ordered from them (their final chance was last night), the employee's response to my concern that it had been over an hour was, "Well, it's raining." NEVER. AGAIN.
