Gambled and lost with Soma by Nature. Just got my order after 80 minutes (estimated delivery time 20-35 minutes). Most of the 15 unidentifiable items in my "Healthy Box" were of course stone cold. And greasy (I'd hate to see the "Unhealthy Box").

Food was absolutely horrible. I ordered soondooboo soup, and as one reviewer said, it was unrecognizable and tasted nasty. It tasted very bitter and it seemed they gave me all the leftovers for the day. I was so appalled by the food that i called up Soma to complain about the horrible food, tellign them its the nastiest korean food i ever tasted. at least the person who answered didnt argue with the quality of the food and offered to give a full refund for the soondooboo. BEWARE the food is disgusting. eat at your own peril. would give it zero stars if i can

I was pretty excited for this food, but unfortunately my meal from Soma was fairly disappointing. The food arrived at the very tail end of the estimated delivery time (around 50 minutes after I ordered midevening) and although the deliveryman was very friendly the food just looked and tasted pretty mediocre. I ordered two things: kimchi & tofu & pork with rice, and pan fried dumplings. The kimchi wasn't fresh (not as in it was fermented, obviously, just that it seemed like it had been sitting in a bowl all day long), and the tofu was like what I get at my college salad bar. The meat wasn't so great, either, and there wasn't much of it. The rice was well cooked though (that doesn't happen everywhere). The dumplings tasted alright, but they were really soggy and not very hot. Overall, definitely not worth $17.50. Sorry guys, but something went wrong here :(

Good food and fast delivery. Jap Chae bibimbap is the best.

Got to love this place! Delivery is always on time or early, and the food is spectacular. Try the Jap Chae!

Food was average at best. Delivery on a Saturday dinner time was reasonable within stated time frame.

Poor delivery service + bad food will never order from here again. I had to go downstairs 3 times in order to finally get my food. Delivery person ignores your calls when you try to return a call. Food arrived cold with no condiments and caused me to have a stomachache.

Is it the best Korean food? No. But I have resigned myself to substandard Korean food in Manhattan because that's just the way it is. If I wanted the best Korean food, I would go out to Flushing. I'm giving it 4 stars because I'm happy there is a Korean place that delivers in downtown and has jja-jja myung (my favorite) and an ok bibimbap. I feel bad for reviewers that are rating it one star but you have to lower your expectations in downtown manhattan. I'd rather there be this one place with palatable Korean food than no Korean delivery place.

Food was bland. The shumai were the same ones you can buy frozen in the supermarket and put in your microwave. The Sundoobu was pretty bland, seafood was not at all fresh. Wouldn't order again.

Are you guys kidding me? Why did you put estimated delivery hours? You said it is 30~45 minutes. But It took 1 hour. I ordered 'Champong' but I got 'COLD' Champong. I used to order some food of this restaurant, but Very disappointed.

I've never written a review on seamless before, but felt compelled to do so after having just ordered food here. I don't know about other dishes, but never EVER order jjajangmyun from here. I got so excited because this is the only place around wall st. that delivers it, but it's bland and uses udon noodles. Worst jjajangmyun ever, not authentic at all.

The delivery person screamed at me again. If the food wasn't so good I wouldn't subject myself to this.

Order the "pick your two" with chicken teriyaki and bulgogi, as well as the SoonDooBoo. Bulgogi was 4/5 (quite tasty), chicken teriyaki 3/5 (pretty standard), and SoonDooBoo 2/5 (very fishy and a weird texture), for an average of 3. Delivery was on time. Portions for the pick your two weren't huge, but enough to be relatively filling.
