Absolutely fed up with these clowns. Ordered, waited about an hour and 20 minutes. When I called, they tell me "nobody home, nobody answer phone" which is a complete lie. Nobody called, no delivery and now (conveniently) they are closed. Do yourself a favor and avoid these scam artists. Unfortunately Seamless does not allow for ZERO STARS

The quality of the ingredients is outstanding, all the food is flavored perfectly, and the portions are very large, which is a delightful bonus.

The food is delicious. However, even when I specifically ask for utensils I don't get them. Normally I wouldn't care, except that it's happened twice and both times I ordered soup and was forced to drink it instead of enjoy it with a spoon. Yummy food, so-so customer service.

So glad they are back on seamless.. great vegetarian cafe on UWS. Quick delivery and you get a lot of food for the price. The lunch special includes delicious sweet potatoe fries and the sabich is HUGE. The hummus they use is so yummy. Highly recommend!

The quality of the food and the delivery time was perfect. I will definitely order from SoomSoom again. On the negative side, the food was delivered ice cold, however that would not deter me from ordering the amazing falafel I had for lunch today.

I recently ordered from a restaurant called Soom Soom. I order through seamless several times a week and have never had any trouble. However, this past experience was frustrating, and I thought I should let you know. After ordering, I received a call from the restaurant saying that they were out of Malabi. We had placed two orders of this, but it was only an upcharge of .99 each, so not a big deal. They asked if they could send us something instead to make up the difference, so I had them send me a lemonade. If it stopped there, it would have been fine…these things happen. However, when we received our order, they had forgot my sweet potato fries. I called back to ask them to take it off my bill. The woman who answered the phone said it was impossible. I also mentioned that they sent me iced tea (which I couldn’t drink because of caffeine) instead of lemonade. She then continued to argue with me and tell me that it was indeed lemonade. All in all, they were out of what we ordered, tried to substitute it with something (unsuccessfully) and left another entire item off of the order. When I called I was told there was nothing they could do about the charge and I got an extra helping of attitude instead. Never again....

Delicious and fast. Not the best I've ever had, but by far the best I've ever had delivered, and very friendly to boot. Love the egg in the hummus.

Not just the best falafel on the UWS, but some of the best falafel in the city. I also recommend the Shakshuka and the desserts.

The falafel was terrible and it was very cold along with the sweet potato fries. They also forgot the hummus I ordered.
