Hands down the best Latin food in the downtown area, his dishes are abundant, flavorful and true to Latin cuisine. The Pernil is their best ambassador, and it represents the mastery of home cook feel in an otherwise commercial environment.

Sophie's is great - but this location isn't. Don't waste your time here. Go to the one on Fulton Street - it's only a few blocks away. The service here is bad and my lunch order is always wrong. When I ask for a correction, they treat you as if they're doing you a big favor and take the time to point out why the customer was wrong. The people at the Fulton location are a delight and really understand how to keep loyal customers happy. Chambers Street Fail!

Idiot driver tries to deliver 20 minutes before the scheduled delivery time and leaves 14 voice mails and no call back number. If I state a certain deliver time, deliver at that time, which is the whole point behind delivery at a certain time.

Delivery said 50 minutes, but I got my food in 20. The delivery guy was smart enough to find my office (which is in the basement so I always end up having to pick up all other deliveries on the first floor of the building). The portions are large. I got the salmon and the two sides special and loved it! The sauces are spicy and yummy. Best experience on Seamless yet. Will be a return customer.

Food was fantastic. The picadillo is always solid and get extra green sauce! Delivery was a little busted - it took about an hour as they printed the wrong address to their guy.
