Sophie's Cuban Cuisine (Fulton St.)

Delish! Green sauce smothered over everything is awesome! This place doesn't have the variety in the salad like other Sophie's locations (just shredded iceberg lettuce and cucumber and tomato while others mix in romaine and red cabbage and carrots) but delivery is fast and food is good

Honestly, solid fast-food / buffet style Cuban food. It's not the absolute best, but it's fast and tasty. I order here at least once a week, and I have never had a terrible meal.

I can not believe this Sophie's! EWWWWWWW I have eaten at the Sophie's restaurants since 2008 and never had an issue. The oxtails i ordered were HORRIBLE. They were so stiff and seemed half-way cooked! Oxtail cooked correctly should be easy to chew and the fat should not be hard either! WOW what a waste of money! Be careful when ordering from this location!

Really good, basic and tasty cuban good. Love the picadillo and it always arrives super-fast. Can't say I've ever gotten a wrong order either.

Sophies has been my go-to dinner choice when working late, and it has always been good and quick. However, I ordered over 1 1/2 hours ago and still have not received my order. When I called to check on it, they were extremely rude and wouldn't give an estimate of when it would arrive. There are too many choices to order from a place with bad delivery and bad customer service. Sophies just lost a customer.

Good cuban sandwhich and delivery was fast and friendly. I should've ordered from here again other than trying out other cuban place that shows up on seamless. Cuba Ala something. That was a mistake.

Food was very bland. Maybe catering to the majority of the Wall St crowd. If you want authentic Cuban/Dominican cuisine this is not the place to go, great coffee though.

Perfect comfort food. Their roast pork is amazing. It's flavorful, tender, and has been slow-cooked to perfection. The beans are my favorite side. The portions are huge and definitely can serve for two meals. Sophie's special sauce is extra delicious and they always give you extra packets. A must-try!

I usually order the pork or chicken from Sophies and they are consistently delicious. Their goat is also another of my favorites. My only complaint is that they always run out of the oxtail way too early. Delivery is the fastest in the neighborhood.

Sophie's is amazing! Huge amounts of QUALITY food at a good price. Here's a tip: get the moro rice... you get rice and beans and it only counts as one side!

With an interesting sounding array of menu selections I was prepered to be delighted by new-found Cuban delicacies. Perhaps it's just my uneducated palette but the ingredient description didn't match up to the flavor or presentation. For something different Sophia's represents a pleasant diversion from mainstream but I'm not convinced theirs is great Cuban fare.

I absolutely love Sophie's!! The green sauce they give you on the side is the best and the portion size is great for the price. I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch breaks, take-out/delivery for dinner.

Have yet to ever be disappointed with an order from Sophie’s. Love their roast pork specials as well as their tamales and fried sweet plantains. Their delivery guys are always speedy and nice!

The empanadas (aka Chicken Patty) are terrific. I would also suggest the Cuban Sandwich. It's pretty standard stuff, but they're really good at it. The condiments they provide are delicious.
